Supporting Alder Hey Hospital and Ronald McDonald House in Memory of Georgie Richardson.
Hi I’m Steven,
On September 14th, 2015, my daughter Georgie was born with Congenital Heart Disease. In August 2016, she underwent open-heart surgery at Alder Hey Children's Hospital. During the surgery, it became clear that her condition was far more serious than originally expected. Over the course of 10 weeks, Georgie endured two major surgeries in a courageous fight for her life, but we heartbreakingly had to say goodbye to her when she was just 13 months old.
On what would have been her 10th birthday, September 14th, 2025, we want to honor Georgie's incredible spirit and bravery. To mark this special milestone, a group of friends and I are setting a goal to raise £10,000 in her memory.
We will be hosting 9 fundraising events from January to September 2025, with the proceeds going to Alder Hey Hospital and Ronald McDonald House—two organizations that provided us with essential support during Georgie’s time in the hospital.
Please join us in celebrating Georgie’s life and helping us give back to these amazing charities.
