Gatorship urgently needs your help!

Attention all Gatorship friends, family, and alumni, 

Today, March 13th, 2021, our Gatorship staff was impacted by a targeted crime. During part of Gatorship retreat, four of our staff members had their personal computers stolen by an unknown person(s).  As students, living through a pandemic, we utilize our computers constantly for Zoom courses and virtual meetings and assignments. As you all know, Gatorship values and embodies collective care and mutual support. These staff members donate their free labor and time to this program and work to bring liberation to their wider communities. Our Gatorship Assistant Directors work tirelessly to put on incredible retreats for UF students. Just as they hold and support participants, we want to hold and support them through this process. They did not deserve what happened to them this weekend, but they do deserve our support now. The Gatorship community has a legacy of supporting and leaning on each other.  Please consider donating to this Go Fund Me so that we can replace their stolen items so that they can continue to pursue their education at the University of Florida.
