I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a genuine plea for assistance. Recently, I have been faced with unexpected and overwhelming health issues and related expenses due to my Leukemia and other serious health-related setbacks. I am also unable to work until my health improves. This is incredibly difficult for me to ask, but I need your help to pay for my mounting medical bills and the need for a life-saving stem cell transplant that I must have in order to survive. If there is any brightness to this terrible disease, my physician informed me that my type of leukemia responds favorably to this type of transplant and could grant me many more years on this planet. Without it, I’m not sure how long I will live or my quality of life. Your contribution, no matter the size, would make a meaningful impact on my journey toward recovery.
