Join Garrett in bringing the Lord’s joy to Kenya!

Help me go from serving our neighboring cities to the nations… In the past few years the Lord has been doing an incredible thing in my life. Stirring up a burning desire to serve people from different backgrounds and life experiences from mine. Beginning in 2022 when I was able to bunk with multiple refugees from Africa at church camp. This experience opened my eyes and softened my heart towards the hurting people of Africa. Since then I’ve taken advantage of every opportunity to serve. From utilizing a weekend to serve and care for refugees in our own city, to traveling to Detroit and loving people of a different culture. Still I felt the call to go to the nations. Abundant life has provided me with an incredible opportunity to travel to Kenya and share the Joy of Christ with their community for a week and a half. My instant heart response was to jump at the opportunity but out of fear and worry I was hesitant. I was anxious about the financial aspect of it all but I was encouraged to trust God to make a way. I’m confident the Lord hasn’t brought me this far just to come this far. My hope is that you might be able to join in supporting me in this leap of faith. Although $3,000 seems like a steep amount to an 18 year old, My God has done far more incredible things before. Any little bit helps. Thank you for considering supporting me in this journey.
