Welcome to the Help Gage Fulfill His Dreams support page. Those of us sponsoring this page have known Gage Crismond since he started to dance at the age of ten. He danced with our daughters at The Fenton School of Dance and Academy. He is a strong testament to the work ethic of a dedicated, talented dancer and the amazing efforts and instruction of Susan Carter, Chelsea Carter, and Crystyl Mitchell-Fritz.
It all started for Gage when he took his first hip-hop class at Fenton School of Dance and he was hooked! His first performance showed his natural talent and amazing stage presence even at the tender age of ten. He quickly added all genres of dance and auditioned for the Fenton Dance Academy. He accumulated many accolades including the title of Teen Mr. Dance of Michigan, twice in 2009 and 2011. Upon graduation from Holly High School in 2014 he accepted a dance scholarship from Western University in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he is currently finishing his freshmen year as a double major in Dance and Psychology.
This brings us to today. Gage has been offered the chance of a lifetime! A non-paid, summer internship, to grow, learn, and develop as a dancer alongside many renowned dancers and choreographers. When we first heard Gage was presented with this amazing opportunity to internship for the summer in L.A. but may not be able to because of the expense-we all felt compelled to help. Gage has been invited to be a part of the Kenshet Chaim Dance Ensemble who have been performing for 30 years all over the world. The group most recently performed in NYC for the mayor and the prime minister of Israel. This young man has inspired so many through not only his art of dance but also his character. If Gage is able to attend he will be working alongside well known dancer and choreographer, Kobi Rozenfeld. He will be the youngest of the ensemble and would travel with the group to Las Vegas where they will be performing at The Venetian Hotel.
Throughout the years Gage has inspired hundreds of dancers at our studio and beyond. He is an outstanding young man! Gracious and just an all around all-star. Maybe you've seen him dance and he inspired you. Maybe you've just heard about him and and how awesome he is and now find you would like to help this young man on his educational journey.
Please consider joining us in making a one-time gift to support Gage Crismond in his dream to get to L.A. to work with some of the best in the industry. The goal, based on serious calculations, is $3,500. This experience will open doors for him that will help move him closer to his aspiration of becoming a professional dancer and choreographer. We are confident that he will make us all proud!
Any level of gift will make a difference and help Gage realize his dream. Thank you for your support!
