Gabby's Kitchen the first African restaurant ever located in Denton, We will be expanding diversity among different cultural groups and races with freshly made delicacies  Our founder and Chef Garbriele currently runs her catering business from home and has made a great impact in Denton. Garbriele has come up with a fresh concept, a popular menu, and ambitious but achievable plan to build it into a thriving new business.

Our target market is located in the city of Denton, Texas. Denton has a population of roughly 136,268 people and an average growth of 2.4% over the last 7 years. The University of North Texas (UNT) brings a lot of diverse and explorative youth the area and we intend to exploit that reality. Gabby’s Kitchen will be a modern and diverse restaurant that promotes cultural acceptance; anyone can come and have a good time. This venture is supported by the fact that UNT is a growingly diverse establishment.

This establishment is a restaurant, so we aim to give the customer the same motivation to buy as any other restaurant does; also we aim for each customer to have a good time. A good chunk of our demographic will be young college students. Gabby’s Kitchen will be the ultimate place to relax and enjoy good food in a bright free environment. Other incentives include donations to local charities and chances to win prizes during raffles and other events we plan to host.
