Support Vines Family After Fire Destroys Home & Kills Pet

Hi, everyone. On January 1st, 2025, my parents' home of 25+ years caught on fire. My brother and his cat, Ari, were home while my dad and mom were running errands. The firefighters were called, came, and contained the fire. My brother made it out okay. Unfortunately, the family cat, Ari, did not make it out alive. The damage from the fire, smoke, ash, and water from the hoses, along with ceiling damage, has made the home condemned and unlivable. My family is left with very little now. It breaks my heart to see them have this tragedy occur, and all their hard work disappear in an instant, and to lose our family pet cat, especially on the new year.
I’ve started a GoFundMe to help my family out with trying to get back on their feet, things like clothes, toiletries, charging cables, food, housing/hotel placement, storage unit rental, etc.

Rest in Peace our beloved Ari. You saved big brother’s life. Ari came to my brother’s room and meowed like crazy for my brother to follow him and led my brother to the patio to see that the fire and smoke were occurring.
