OneGuardant Team-

We are raising funds to support our affected OneGuardant team and local disaster relief efforts from Hurricanes "Ian" and "Fiona". Donations are entirely optional, do not feel obligated to contribute.

"Ian" was one of the most severe and catastrophic weather events ever to hit the state of Florida, and "Fiona" has left Puerto Rico in a state of emergency. The path of destruction has displaced tens of thousands of people and shuttered critical infrastructure.

Some members of our OneGuardant Family in Florida and Puerto Rico have lost their homes. They will be facing a long road back to normal, as will so many other members of their communities, over the coming weeks, months, and years. These funds will be essential to that process.

All funds raised will be distributed to those team members that submit a support request, along with associated receipts/documentation, to our HRBP, Elizabeth Mobarak, on a first-come, first-served basis. A review of these requests will be completed weekly and communicated. More details are to come related to the process, but all distributions and requests for support will remain confidential.

We will donate any funds remaining in the account on December 31, 2022, to the Red Cross of Florida to support continued disaster relief efforts in affected communities.
