My friend is a loving and committed father who is striving to provide a stable loving home for his two young girls. He is unable to borrow this amount through typical means, because his ex wife is holding his credit hostage by refusing to agree on settlement of any financial assets that could be liquidated or used as collateral to obtain a loan.
