I’m sure most of you know my dad Horacio Garcia. This year has been extremely difficult for him. Towards the beginning of the year my dad began to have complications with his diabetes, he had to begin dialysis three days out of the week. Within a couple months he had injured his foot which grew infected Which lead to him having 2 of his toes removed. My dad has been in and out of the hospital all year and has not been able to work. For a little while we saw some progress until his foot got infected again causing him to lose all his toes on his left foot. As if things weren’t worse already my dad has tested positive for Covid. He is currently in the hospital struggling. Having diabetes and health complications means he is at risk of having severe Covid symptoms. My dad is a good man and my heart is torn into pieces because I can’t be by his side. He is the type of man to help others whenever he can. He’s a good dad, the best even. He has a kind heart. Though it’s tough asking for help. Here I am, I beg you to please help with whatever you can. Any little thing is a huge blessing. We could really use your support for medical expenses.
