Hello friends. As you know Karen Ziegfeld Gastelum went home on January 7, 2025. Karen was a truly remarkable soul who was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Karen’s warmth, kindness, and selfless spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met. As we come to terms with this tremendous loss, we are committed to honoring her in the most meaningful way possible.

Beyond this heartbreak, Karen leaves behind her two precious 6-year-old twins, who now must navigate life without their loving mother.

As Karen’s family and friends, we are coming together to ease the financial burden that comes with such a tragedy. Funds raised will be used for:

1. Funeral and memorial expenses to give Karen the beautiful farewell she deserves.

2. Immediate needs of the twins – including basic living expenses, counseling, childcare, and future education.

Karen’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. She worked tirelessly to provide her children with love, laughter, and security. Our goal is to honor her memory by ensuring her children are cared for and given every opportunity to thrive despite this difficult start to their young lives.
