Funeral Expense for Salondria Jacobs

Donation protected
Salondria Jacobs (Loni) touched all of our hearts with her beautiful smile and bubbly personality. She had a heart to give, worship the Lord, and she loved her family dearly. As many know, Loni endured many hindering health issues that made it hard for her to work, drive, and put her in a lot of pain. At the age of 13 she was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and at the age of 18 she had stage 4 kidney renal failure. She was in and out of the hospital, easily susceptible to infections, and received dialysis twice a week for many years following these diagnosis. Loni wanted to live a life without these challenges. In doing so, she took care of others and tried to sustain employment. An example of her servitude was when she took care of her father (who proceeded her in death) when he was ill, despite not being in full health herself. She also loved to babysit, and made each child feel extra special. One of Loni's dreams was to open her own restaurant called "Salondria's Restaurant!" Loni was a wonderful chef! However, her conditions made it extremely difficult for her to stand on her feet or speak for long periods of time. Due to the severity of her illnesses, Loni went home to be with the Lord January 14, 2021. Although she will be deeply missed, we are so thankful that she is not in pain anymore. We know that she is rejoicing with the Lord!

We want to give Salondria Jacobs the memorial she deserves; to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes. Ten months before she passed away, Loni took out life insurance. Unfortunately due to her health, the policy she acquired had a criteria which would not payout until after two years. Since she did not live those two years, it would result in a tremendously insufficient payout to aid with her funeral expenses. Therefore, we are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Loni's funeral and burial (she asked to be buried next to her younger brother Elijah). We need to raise $10,000 by January 26th in order to afford her services. Thank you for your support.

Every dollar is a blessing, and will help us reach our goal in giving her a Phenomenal Home Going!
