My brother was a hero to his community by helping out the youth. He is a father of 2, a great husband, an amazing son, and the best brother one could ask for. He was a worrier of god and he is now in heaven with god.
(Update) my loving brother passed away January 3, 2022 at 4:53.
It is why it breaks our hearts that we are here writing this. A month ago my brother came to the hospital with the covid, they diagnosed him with having pneumonia. Even though he was already in critical condition he was turned away. He kept returning to the hospital and was finally admitted. While he kept complaining about not being able to breathe, the doctors and nurses blamed anxiety (he has never had this). After a week of pleading for help, they finally did an x-ray and found a collapsed lung. They did an emergency lung puncture and he was a bit better. After another week of pleading for help, he was put on a ventilator. He wanted to fight it without it because he knew the risks. Doctors agreed that he needed to be transferred because he needed a machine that the hospital does not have. After pleading with the workers, hospitals were denying his transfer. Hospitals did not want to accept him because he was a liability and did not want to be responsible. After 2 weeks of fighting for his life, he is now in critical condition and his lungs are no longer able to retain the appropriate amount of oxygen. Even though hospitals know that he will not make it without this machine or with a transfer they are still not willing to take him.
My brother is a very strong man. He is the strongest person I know. It breaks our hearts that even after all we are trying to do on our hands. We can't do much but trust him and god.
My brother has a lot of faith and it is that faith that is keeping us strong and hopeful. We want to thank everyone in advance for the help as well as for all the prayers he has been receiving. This picture below of him is him working for the community doing what he loved most with the people he loved the most.
Please keep him in your prayers.
