The Back Story
I'm called to a live a life "poured out" and have a longing to see people experience the freedom and joy that comes with truly understanding Jesus and what He has done for them. Right out of high school, I spent 6 months with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Kansas City, MO - 3 months training and then 3 months of hands-on missions in India!
Ever since then, I truly saw what pain is in the world. And have learned how I can begin to be the change I want to see in this generation. I am called to do this through music by leading worship. Currently, I am in the School of Worship at Desperation Leadership Academy which is apart of New Life church in Colorado Springs. I am currently pursuing what God has put on my heart to do, lead worship.
The Cost
I have been working and saving money for Desperation Leadership Academy for over a year. I have saved up 75% of the total amount I need (tuition and housing costs, as well as money for food and living expenses). However, I still have the last 25% to go, which translates to $4,000 and I need this amount by the beginning of January of 2018. I continue working as much as possible to pay for school, but my work schedule takes me away from fully engaging in my studies & required activities. My goal is to reduce my work schedule - not stop it completely - so I can apply a myself more fully to school.
How You Can Help
It is my belief that God will burden SOME of you to be financial supporters, but whether or not that is the case, I hope that you will ALL feel the burden to be prayer warriors on my behalf! You aren't just sowing into my current and future ministry, but you are sowing into the hundreds of lives that will be impacted by my step of obedience to go into ministry... It will be a domino effect.

I do not see this as "fundraising for mission;" instead, I am connecting God's people and His resources with His plan for His work in my life. I am confident in His provision for me!
