We hope this message finds you well. Today, we come together with a sense of urgency to share the story of a remarkable woman, Manpreet Kaur, who is courageously battling Stage IV Ovarian cancer. Her journey began in April 2019, and despite facing relentless setbacks, she has fought with unwavering strength, determination, and a radiant spirit.

Manpreet underwent surgery in the early stage and endured multiple rounds of Chemotherapy, accumulating both physical and emotional scars. Despite the immense challenges, she faced each day with resilience and a hopeful heart. In March 2022, the cancer returned for a second time with even greater ferocity, prompting another round of grueling Chemotherapy with Doxorubicin and Bevacizumab cancer drug.

In May 2023, the cancer reared its head third time, leading to yet another round of Chemo—this time with Carboplatin and Paclitaxel and the addition of a Rucaparib tablet after treatment but this made no difference at all. As we stand united in support of Manpreet, we are confronted with the reality that her medical expenses have surpassed $40,000 leaving them financially exhausted.

Manpreet's indomitable spirit has not waned, and she now faces a crucial crossroads. Cancer level is rising back again for the Fourth time even stronger with CA-125 around 5000 (report attached below)- Doctors concluded that it has become platinum-resistant. A glimmer of hope lies in the prospect of accessing a late-stage TRIAL VACCINE for Ovarian cancer in Mount Sinai Hospital at New York, USA but it comes with a heavy ancillary cost of around $85,000-125,000 USD. She is also looking to do some further tests and there might be a chance of getting Elahere or Olaparib depending on the scenario. This opportunity could be the key to unlocking a brighter future for Manpreet, offering her a chance to receive groundbreaking treatment that may make all the difference.

However, pursuing this avenue comes with significant costs, including travel, accommodation, and the expenses associated with participating in a clinical trial at the hospital.
