Hi, my name is Stephanie and I’m raising funds for my friend Michele who is going through a rough time right now!

Michele was recently diagnosed with Cushings Syndrome. She’s had four surgeries before the diagnosis. 

She is thankful for her road towards recovery however, she has a lot of medical costs from several years of dealing with her condition.

She lost her job before she got her diagnosis so she’s having to pay for COBRA, which is extremely expensive while looking for work. Now that she is ready for going back to work she needs immediate help with funds for housing.

Her rare condition was undiagnosed for years and as the underlying condition behind her medical history she was so thankful specialist have told her that by taking care of this she can and will overcome the symptoms of the other conditions that happened as a result. With this hope, she’s moving forward.

One thing that’s very important to her is for others to be more aware of invisible disabilities that are much more common than most realize. This is problem for many people like Michele. She has been a kind and empathetic advocate for those who are challenged and now she needs our help. She’s been behind the scenes supporting so many people in so many ways.
