We are raising funds for Jermaine Martinez, who is currently receiving end-of-life care at home, surrounded by his family.

Jermaine has bravely endured extensive medical treatments over time. Despite doctors giving him a 50/50 chance of survival, he chose to fight—with incredible strength and resilience.

He went through an amputation, multiple blood transfusions, treatments for infections and pneumonia, and more. After everything he’s faced, Jermaine made the deeply personal decision to stop further interventions and spend his final days at home, in peace.

His last wish is simple: to be cremated, with no funeral, viewing, or memorial service, and for his ashes to be spread by his beloved wife.

We are humbly asking for support to help cover his remaining medical expenses and honor his final wishes. Any donation, no matter the size, will directly help his wife manage these costs during this incredibly difficult time.
