Fighting Pancreatic Cancer for Jennifer Tee
Donation protected
My friends and family, I find it very difficult to put into words how I feel about someone I’ve known only a short time, but I am here to ask for your help on her behalf.
On March 8, after months of stomach trouble , my best friend here in Tennessee went to the emergency room. After the doctor gave her a false pregnancy test, she insisted on a CT scan and was told by the doctor that it showed signs of Pancreatic Cancer and had already spread to her liver.
19 days later, after biopsy, she was informed that she, fact, had metastatic terminal Pancreatic cancer, and would only have about 4-6 months to live, without treatment.
Jen has two children, Elliana (18) and Rayne (15). Ellie is first year student at LSU receiving straight A’s this semester, and is already considered a Sophomore in the books. Rayne is a Freshman at Franklin High School in Franklin, TN and has done outstanding academic work this year, as well as made his debut on the Wrestling team.
Jen has raised her children alone, due to the unexpected passing of her husband Jeremy (when Rayne was just 2 months old)
She earned her first degree from Bowling Green State and eventually went on in 2019 to complete her Nursing degree.
She has worked as a nurse and home health caretaker here in multiple facilities in middle Tennessee in order to support her children.
On Wednesday 4/2/25 Jen began her chemotherapy treatments. She is no longer able to work, and will soon need a home nurse to take care of her.
It is most important to Jennifer that her children are cared for and that their quality of life continues. Both children have an amazing future ahead of them, and we all want them to live without worry.
That said, Jen hasn’t been able to work for a month, and the bills are piling up. There will be further expenses of treatment, hospitalization etc. Her children will need the necessities, food, clothing, school supplies. Not to mention the hardest of all to accept and plan for; funeral and memorial expenses.
I come here to ask every one of you to please open your hearts to Jennifer and her family. It takes just sharing this page with 5 of your friends, or donating $1 to show you care.
Please consider donating … this fund is set so that 100% of everything contributed goes directly to Jennifer and her family.
Thank you in advance.
