Prisoners of H.O.P.E (Helping Others Prepare Eternally) or is an international prision ministry committed to bring Pervasive Hope to every person in jail and prison in the word with the transformational power of Jesus Christ.
In July 2015, POH will be providing medical care to jails, prisons, orphanages, and other poverty-stricken areas. We will be working alongside numerous existing organizations and churches both in Manila and Tacloban.
Most of you know, Katie and I moved to San Diego specifically to work with a church that sends teams to the Philippines. It has been our dream to go and God has provided this opportunity for us. I will be capturing the trip on video for the team and Katie will be one of the volunteers.
The dates are July 14-28th, 2015.
Goals of the trip include:
-Meet the physical/spiritual needs of the Filipino people
-Be the hands and feet of Jesus to the lost and needy
-Provide the best medical care we can
-For the team, that our heats and minds would be humbly opened to what God has in store for us as well as the people we are serving.
-For the Filipino people, that they would see God's love and grace through what He's doing through this mission.
-For God's hand in this ministry and how you might partner with us.
