Free Frits from Harassment and Abuse

Frits is an 86 year old widower who loves being with people and taking care of dogs.

As many of you know, Frits has a troubled relationship with his live-in caregiver. Unfortunately, the situation has deteriorated over the past few months (see the update section below for details). Frits has already received a significant amount of "pro-bono" legal assistance from his friend, neighbor, and personal attorney Christopher Walton, who obtained two temporary restraining orders to protect Frits from elder abuse and civil harassment. Now Frits needs the services of an eviction attorney to fully resolve this matter. Frits is on a limited, fixed income and doesn't have the financial resources needed to wage this battle. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. All funds will be managed and dispersed by Frits’ attorney-in-fact for healthcare, Phil Silver.

Good news! On 8/25/23 Frits finally had his day in court and the judge granted a 2 year restraining order on his former live-in caregiver. As a result, he won't have to hire an eviction attorney after all.
