Update 6/3/2025 We raised almost 5k of the 15k needed for surveys. With your help we were able to put the remaining on credit cards. Next we are retaining a lawyer. Not because I'm not confident but to ensure the judge treats this case fairly. A new gofundme link will be added to our tiktok page to help us raise the funds for a lawyer. This should break the bank just to prove my land really is mine but here we are up to our eyeballs in debt while the defendant continues to destroy my land. Hi, I’m Farra.

For the past four years, I’ve been the target of ongoing harassment, intimidation, and legal obstruction from a neighbor intent on taking what isn’t his—my land, my peace, and my freedom.

In 2023, I tried to sell my property and had a serious buyer. But the defendant sabotaged the sale by having someone impersonate his mother and call my real estate agent to falsely accuse me of theft. That lie was enough to scare off the buyer, and I had to take my land off the market. Since then, I’ve been forced into a lengthy and expensive quiet title lawsuit just to prove ownership of what’s already mine.

Recent Events: A Glimpse into the Harassment

On April 2, 2025, I was granted a temporary restraining order.

Less than 24 hours later, the defendant made two false police reports against me. One for theft (which he can’t prove), and another for provoking him—on my own property. Thankfully, I have that interaction recorded and will present it in court.

Over the years, I’ve endured:

A noose tied across the street from my driveway

Nails thrown in my driveway

Security cameras broken, fences damaged

Trees illegally cut down

Numerous false claims filed against me

This is only part of the nightmare.

The defendant has already been:

Convicted of misconduct

Convicted of assault for attacking my friend with a pipe on our shared easement

His brother was convicted of arson—not once, but twice, including setting fire to my forest and burning down my brother’s trailer. He is still paying restitution.

Why I’m Asking for Help

I never wanted to ask for help, but I can’t fight this alone anymore. I’m not a lawyer, but I’ve been doing everything I can to navigate this legal system and protect myself.
