Help Save Freddie's Leg
Donation protected
My sisters dog Freddie (13 months old) was hit by a car Sunday November 21st at 1pm (and the driver never even stopped) requires an immediate amputation tonight or tomorrow.
He is in stable but has a broken ulna and radius, and is currently being assesed at the emergency vet clinic.
Unfortunately, this is a huge expense out of nowhere, and with a 5 month old baby at home - they will need some help to cover his surgery costs.
The vets have estimated the amputation will cost around $4,500 with additional fees for the extra care he will require after his surgery, and his sleepover(s) unfortunately.
We appreciate anyone who is able to contribite towards Freddie's surgery, and to everyone is shared this page!
I will give updates when I have them !
UPDATE:
Freddie went to his vet this morning and they are confident that they can fix his break, surgery is scheduled for Wednesday this week at a local vet. The costs have now gone up ranging from 6,500-8,500 for the estimated procedure.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out asking how Fred is, who have donated and whoncontinue to share this. We truly appreciate everyone's kindness during these difficult times.
