Hello, my name is Anita Vargas. I have created this GoFundMe to provide financial support for my uncle.

My uncle Francisco Diaz was 72 years old and was in the ICU at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Arizona due to Covid-19 and pneumonia complications. He was in an induced coma, intubated, and on a ventilator. On 07/12/24 a surgical procedure was done to help air and oxygen reach his lungs by creating an opening into the trachea from outside the neck, which webt well. On 07/15/24 he began to get a fever, unfortunately he got sepsis infection and he was not responding to antibiotics. His medical condition took a drastic turn and sadly after all the efforts we lost him 07/22/24.

We are still pending medical insurance approval and now with his passing, there is so much financial burden with limited resources.
