Troupe 22

Hello! We are Frankie, Beth, Abbey and Anne from Troupe 22, an unfunded, all female led theatre company committed to providing opportunities for new actors, writers and creatives from diverse walks of life.

Fragmented Mirror 2025

We’re proud to present our third annual New Writers' Festival, Fragmented Mirror, running November 11th-16th 2025 at the Arches Lane Theatre, London. Come see the world debuts of four new plays plus daytime readings of works in progress, all from the next wave of emerging talent.

The Cost £££

This is our most ambitious project yet, with four new plays, four one-person plays, works in progress script readings, four creative teams and a whole host of talent!

Our conservative budget of £3000 just covers the bare minimum it will cost to put all these shows on. While we all believe in this project strongly enough to invest our own money, we also can't do it without the power of community and would be forever grateful for your support.

To give you an idea of where your money would go:

• £2000 is the cost of theatre hire

• £500 is a week's hire of a technician at a generously discounted rate

• £60 covers 5 hours in a cheap rehearsal space

• £30 covers printing the minimum number of flyers & posters

• £20 covers a few second-hand props for one of our four plays

We would be so grateful for any support you can offer – even a few pounds will help massively! Thank you for helping secure the future of Troupe 22 and emerging, diverse talent.
