9th -11th of July 2021
Welcome to our fundraising event for the children of Nepal.
We are pleased to announce a Fundraising scheme & event, see details set out below. We call all enthusiastic mountains climbers and walkers for this adventure.
We would like to invite you to join us for an adventure this year. Our plan is to climb mount Snowdon in Wales. We would love for you to join us and be a part our effort to raise much-needed funds for children in Nepal.
We are a local group from communities and churches all across the UK. It is our privilege to invite you to join us in our fundraising scheme in order to help the poor and needy of Nepal. Many have been affected by covid19 in remote villages. Our mission is to help the children in the remote villages and provide them with the essentials that they need.
My name is Benju and I previously started a fundraising movement in 2010. I managed to organize social events by using my gifts and talents as a beauty therapist. Previously, I have organised events to raise much needed funds for the poorest children in Nepal.
The last 5/6 years I worked with charities, organizations, churches and people that have a vision to reach out to Nepal. The funds we raised in the past have played a vital role in helping the very poorest with clothes, food, medical supplies, and stationary for the school children. I am from Nepal, but have lived in the UK for seventeen years and it is my vision with ‘Saving Lives’ to reach out to my country. To meet children in remote villages who are homeless and need practical life-changing help.
In addition, I will team up with other people in the community where we will arrange additional fundraising events and activities.
It would be an honour if you would consider joining us.
‘Walk for Jesus’ is a vision from the Lord and part of the British Revival movement.
We have their organiser Kohsin Illingworth - who has been healed of HIV in victory by Jesus Christ. We would like you to join us all together and make a declaration to walk together and be united.
We are also joined by the Fisher of Men house church in Halifax, who have been running activities.
On Friday the 9th of July please plan your travel arrangements on the way to Wales, Bala Lake is the location.
On Saturday 10th we will gather together, and split up into groups to remain in social distance as advised. Starting a walk. We will have a group of people to go walking and the other group doing the hiking.
For Sunday I would like to welcome everyone who is able to join our social gathering for our community services. Here we will be talking about our fundraising event. This will be followed by a short presentation to provide everyone the information they need about the work in Nepal. We are hoping it will be exciting and blessed time together.
