My name is Hamza, and I currently work in Germany.
After moving to Germany three years ago, I witnessed first-hand how strongly outcome-driven education, practical learning, and skill development shape a nation’s future. It also made me realize how far behind Pakistan still is in providing these opportunities to its youth. Our students are talented and full of potential — but they often lack access to the right guidance, tools, and real-world learning environments.
To help bridge this gap, my friends and I launched Formula Pakistan, a national STEM initiative where students from Class 6–12 learn problem-solving, communication, teamwork, engineering basics, and hands-on technical skills through structured mentoring and coaching.
What We’re Building?
- Formula Pakistan: We are organizing Pakistan’s largest STEM racing competition. First edition is scheduled for 31 January 2026 at Expo Center Karachi, where school teams will design, engineer, and race miniature Formula-style cars.
- Pakistan’s First STEM MakerSpace Lab: We recently launched an open-access MakerSpace in Karachi — a fully equipped innovation lab where anyone can build prototypes, explore ideas, and learn from expert mentors.
Our Next Steps:
- Currently, we are in discussions with MIT to bring their high-quality, youth-tailored courses on AI deployment to Pakistan. Our goal is to offer the same curriculum and pedagogy in Pakistan, giving Pakistani students access to world-class STEM education without leaving the country.
- Provide continuous training, workshops, and mentorship for students from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Establish two more MakerSpaces in Karachi and Lahore.
- Expand to Hyderabad, Islamabad, and Peshawar during 2026–2027.
