My name is Rachel, I met Pat & Ron while sitting in the waiting room at the emergency vet on October 22nd 2015. It was like a scene from a movie... Ron walked in holding what seemed like a 90pound dog who had been hit by a car, blood streaming down his arms, the dog was limp. My stomach sank and I closed my eyes.
The pictures you are about to see may make you feel sick, might break your heart... but the good news is, this precious dog was finally discharged from the vet on November 8th 2015. Yes, she was there 16 days. Meet Baby Girl, Baby Girl went through numerous procedures & surgeries... and because her loving parents REFUSED to put her down, they took out 3 extra credit cards to cover her medical bills totaling $10,000. I mean, do people like Pat & Ron exist any more?? No.
This is why we NEED your help. Please don't read this without donating even $10. Please share this, please tell every person you know, have your kids set-up a lemonade stand on the weekend, have a garage sale, please do anything to help!! We need to help this kind couple for their compassion & dedication.... they have no way of paying these bills. Some have called them insane, some have said no dog is worth it... but Pat & Ron felt different.... their girl deserved a third chance at life.
What happened?
Pat came home from another long shift at the hospital when she heard whimpering coming from the garage. She ran in to find Baby Girl, one of her 17 rescues bleeding, in shock. One of their other rescues had attacked her, they still don’t know why, they have been friends for years without problems.
But yes, I said 17. This couple has dedicated their lives, time & resources to fostering & rescuing unwanted dogs. This is why I say Baby Girl needs a third chance at life. Please help.
God Bless YOU!
