On Friday June 14th, 2019 we received the devastating news that  our beloved Glenda  was injured in a terrible accident. She was airlifted to Inova Hospital in Fairfax with a serious leg injury and was in the ICU where she had an emergency  painful surgery . Her family are having to face a long uncertain road to hopeful recovery.  At this time, we do not know the full extent of the damage but thankful that she is awake and alert . The Drs are stating that she will need more surgeries and to be in the hospital possibly for a long period then onto rehab therapy. 


Glenda is an amazing woman, mother and friend always ready to help  and all around fun loving and courageous woman to her family and friends who always has a smile on her face and laughter in her eyes. Now she is in the fight for her full recovery and go back to her boys and family.


At this time, she does not have medical insurance, on top of facing long time ahead of hospitalization, rehab and recovery, medical bills, there are always monthly real life bills that must be paid as well.  We are starting this campaign to help offset Glenda day to day living expenses as well as her impending medical bills. We are asking for any donation you can find in your heart to give to help alleviate the financial burden and worry to Glenda and her family so they can focus solely on her recovery.

El viernes 14 de junio de 2019 recibimos la devastadora noticia de que nuestra querida Glenda resultó herida en un terrible accidente.  Fue trasladada de emergencia en helicóptero al Hospital Inova en Fairfax con una lesión grave en la pierna donde se sometió a una cirugía muy dolorosa de emergencia.  
Su familia tiene que enfrentar un largo camino incierto hacia una recuperación esperanzadora.  En este momento, no sabemos el alcance total del daño, pero estamos agradecidos de que esté despierta y alerta.  Los doctores están diciendo que necesitará más cirugías y que, posiblemente, permanecerán en el hospital durante un período prolongado para luego recibir la terapia de rehabilitación.


 Glenda es una mujer increíble, madre y amiga siempre dispuesta a ayudar y una mujer valiente y divertida que para su familia y amigos siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara.  Ahora ella está en la lucha por su recuperación total y regresar con sus hijos y su familia.


 En este momento, ella no tiene seguro médico, además de afrontar mucho tiempo de hospitalización, rehabilitación ,recuperación y facturas médicas, siempre hay facturas mensuales de la vida real que también deben pagarse.  Estamos iniciando esta campaña para ayudar a compensar los gastos diarios de Glenda y sus inminentes facturas médicas.  Estamos solicitando cualquier donación que pueda encontrar en su corazón para ayudar a aliviar la carga financiera y la preocupación de Glenda y su familia para que puedan enfocarse únicamente en su total recuperación.
