Fly Fishing Clothing Co. ® is a veteran-owned lifestyle brand created by Philip Grant and Carlos Scruggs. The brand arose from Philip’s interest in finding unique clothing options and his childhood memories of fishing with his grandfather in South Carolina. For most, Fly Fishing is a sport or hobby, however for Philip and the Fly Fishing Clothing Co. ®, the term takes on a completely different meaning.
By utilizing the fishing fly as its logo Fly Fishing Clothing Co. ® embodies the art of subtlety and attraction. After launching the brand Philip realized that we all are actually fishing throughout life. From fishing for a win from your favorite team to reeling in a long-term goal or an evening out at your local watering hole, we all fish. It’s Fly Fishing Clothing Co. ® intent to assist you in your fishing expedition by allowing you to do it in style.
Currently we are ready to bring the brand to the masses and we need your help. We have locked in manufacturing and just need that extra boost to secure our first order. As an active duty service member Philip has a lot of obstacles with launching the brand. From working 12 plus hours a day with his military duties and putting in an additional 4-6 hours of work a night with the brand. You can only image how much time and dedication has been placed into the brand. But, he knows he’s up to the challenge with his several deployments to Iraq. This time abroad has instilled the perseverance and resilience necessary to launch a global brand. This is just the beginning and there are more products on the horizon. The way ahead; currently we offer snapbacks, bucket hats, tanks, and tees. We look forward to also offering shorts, pants, accessories and fishing apparel for traditional fisherman.
