Please consider helping me bury our dearest Florence Ward. My name is Gary Ramsdale and I am Florence’s first cousin from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Our dearest Florence passed away November 23, 2020. I am asking for your support with a donation to help pay for her funeral.

Florence was the last member of her family. Although she lived in California, USA for many years, her final wishes were to be buried in Emo, Ontario, Canada in her family plot alongside her family - her parents and sisters.

Unfortunately, the Executor of her Estate has only been able to fund a small portion of the funeral expenses. We are so appreciative that two of her wonderful friends paid the coroner’s bill. They also paid to have the urn containing her remains shipped to me in Canada. To date, her urn remains temporarily in our home.

The funds would be used to mark the headstone location, remove the old plaque to make room for the headstone, prepare the grounds, place a concrete base in place for the headstone, pay for the etching of the family’s information, delivery and placement of the granite base and monument as Florence requested.

The past 2 and a half years have been a long emotional, traumatizing time. Since Florence was the last member of her family, I had to have the executor’s permission to bury her which I received recently. The executor said that there is no money in the Estate account.

It is now 2023, I would like to honour her wishes and lay her to rest peacefully with her family. I thank you for any contribution you can make. Anything helps and would be greatly appreciated.
