Hi, I'm Shae Jones — the developer and sole operator behind Fire Pool (firepool.ca), an open-source solo mining pool built on MiningCore. I write custom Stratum software, develop firmware for Bitaxe and other open-source mining hardware, maintain the pool infrastructure, and keep everything running — all of it, just me.

Fire Pool exists for one reason: to give individual miners a real, independent place to point their hashrate — no giant corporation, no walled garden, just a clean solo pool run by someone who actually mines and genuinely cares about decentralization.
