As an update regarding some highlights that have transpired since the recording of our initial video in the past two months :
7/23/14 - I applied for and was granted a Temporary Ex Parte Protective Order against my daughters father for fatal shooting and family violence threats (pertaining to my proceeding with child support and supervised visitation establishment)because it was heard by an Auxillary Court Judge, that had not been alerted yet "Marlana Yvette gets no justice in Collin Co" and based on actual facts and valid need that judge actually did the right thing and granted it
8/27/14- As the Temporary PO only lasts a limited time, I appeared for and brought further email and audio evidence of my daughter's father's threats of fatally shooting and killing me (Family courts call "Family violence") where my daughter's former judge (who, at the time he heard my daughter's P/O case, was being paid through my son's SAPCR (Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship) case, SIMULTANEOUSLY going on, as the husband of 1 of the 4 partners of my son's father's corrupt attorney's law firm). Ultimately, he had a VESTED INTEREST in FINANCIALLY BENEFITING from any assertions made by me as a parent, with children, having cases heard in Collin County, being discredited or having claims as a Victim, NOT substantiated, as he needed to assist HIS FAMILY FIRM prevailing against me in my son's case).
Not aware, at the time of the hearing, of this "connection" that HIS (the Judge's) Family law-firm
( with his wife as one of the partners now, but "in the family" for years, as his father, the former DA of Collin County previously had ownership interest in the firm, "keeping it all in the family" for years), was OPPOSING ME, in ANOTHER CASE, he actually agreed with the seriousness of the threats against me, agreeing that an email chain that was entered by me, between my daughter's father and I the 1st time he threatened fatal shoting "sounds like a threat to me!"
I also played an audio that was very disturbing to the Judge where, while my daughter's father was denying paternity (for child support purposes) but ASSERTING PARENTAL RIGHTS !!! ( for abusive power and control maintenance OVER ME) he was shouting "If you can't tell me where the FUC* you're going... let me tell you somethin' you're gonna catch hell from me !!! "

For those that are not versed on the nature of abusive power and control dynamics or how Abusers fight for sole custody, this happens NOT BECAUSE they care for and want/"love" the child so much, but BECAUSE they, IN THE VICTIM OF THEIR INTIMATE PARTNER ABUSE finally LEAVING OR PUTTING UP HEALTHY BOUNDARIES WITH THEM, HAVE "LOST CONTROL" AND want THEIR LAST OPTION to FURTHER HURT AND OBTAIN THE ULTIMATE POWER AND CONTROL OVER THEIR ABUSE VICTIM in their victim refusing to be in a personal relationship, or "parent/child" type relationship where he acted as the "parent" giving me commands, and I as the "child" was expected to "just give in to me" and do whatever he gave me "fuc*ing orders" to do! he was shouting I better tell him "WHERE THE FU*K" I'M GOING (as I was going on a field trip with my son the next day, but THE POINT IS/WAS, he, as my daughter's father, had NO RIGHT and HAS NO RIGHT to KNOW AND CONTROL MY EVERY MOVE just because we have a child together, which is one of the signs of an abusive power and control relationship) other then co-parenting relationship with my daughter's father anymore)(prior to also being advised I should be blacklisted from justice here in Collin Co) and so he neither granted nor denied a further PO that day, but instead as a judge that actually at least did allow me to submit evidence/listened to audio- whereas my son's judge has 100% of the time REFUSED, so this was a shock and improvement and I am glad I still came prepared with audio, but he requested the review of more evidence.Being I did and do have MANY MORE recordings and further evidence to comply with his request, it was agreed we'd continue the PO Hearing, along with conducting a Temporary Orders Hearing to establish our daughters name change to her father's last name, custody, visitation, child and medical support on October 2, 2014 @ 9 am with him. (That's today) The judge ordered his attorney to draft up an order from that hearing and though my daughter's father's attorney failed to do so and still hasn't, thankfully as my own counsel who has remained as "on top of things" as I can be, I emailed him that night regarding the judge's ruling that day ( for a documented record of what he should be drafting cause when you walk out of court, no recordings allowed, being given no note and no "proof" of what happened if you have no witnesses, and if you are in a courtroom like my son's judges where the court reporter REFUSES to respond to your Official Transcript requests and then has the audacity to tell you "well the squeaky wheel gets the oil" (SO I'M FINALLY SQUEAKING TODAY!) and if you pay me $550 in July I will get you your transcript around Oct 31st : O (almost A YEAR LATER) which is what happened trying to get my son's Temporary Order Hearing on 11/22/13 from that court, you learn to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING WITH EVERYBODY IMMEDIATELY ) SO GLAD I DID THAT ! WHY ???
Cause THAT PROTECTIVE ORDER HEARING NOW SHOWS ON THE DOCKET SHEET/COUNTY RECORDS AS "8/27/14 Protective Order Hearing-CANCELLED" (that "somehow" that 20-30 minute hearing was NEVER EVEN HELD : O)
WHY WOULD THE COURT DO THAT ???? COULD IT BE BECAUSE ON ....
9/8/2014- My daughters judge and son's judge got together, "Administratively Reviewed" my case and the Senior Judge of the BODJ (now FORMER daughter's judge) "ASSIGNED" her case to my son's corrupt judge (now putting the fate of my baby girl in the hands of a judge that has deeply harmed my son and our family since November of last year and is and has been determined to side with my exes attorney and SHUT ME DOWN REGARDLESS OF TRUTH, FACTS, EVIDENCE.PERIOD : / in, in the opinion of me and even a legal Domestic Violence advocate who accompanies Domestic Violence victims to court, and did for me, attended the Order signing hearing with me on 4/17/14, along with my oldest son and two other witnesses and walked out FLOORED AT WHAT SHE WITNESSED IN HOW THE JUDGE TREATED ME & BROKE TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND ALL KINDS OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT STANDARDS : O for my ex husbands attorney- but my former baby girl's judge's husband of her partner, in GROSS BIAS & JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS & HIS DUTY TO PROTECT THE SAETY & WELL BEING OF A CHILD- who by the way, sadly is 1 of the 4 judges who hears CPS cases, is,or was, on a Child Justice Abuse task force- where they decide what Child Advocacy agencies get statewide federal money like $200, 000 to CASA and another $200,000 to Children's Advocacy Center for "Volunteer Development and Training purposes" (here in Collin Co where they CLEARLY AREN'T TRAINED & DON'T CARE ABOUT DOING WHAT'S RIGHT FOR INJURED CHILDREN in one of the wealthies counties in the state if not THE WEALTHIEST), whereas areas who I am sure need it much more received and are receiving grants like only $40,000, but had BOTTOMLINE 2 of the 3 largest federal dollar contributions/allotments STATEWIDE given to organizations ACROSS THE STATE- HERE IN COLLIN COUNTY WHERE CPS can receive phone calls from certain attorneys and "unfound" ADMITTED PHYSICAL ASSAULTS AGAINST CHILDREN BY THE ASAILANT, CHILD, MOTHER & FATHER- AS RECORDED AND PROVIDED VIA AUDIO, WITH EVIDENCE OF ER BRAIN INJURY RECORDS, THERAPIST REPORTS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER CALL INS ON THE ABUSE & STILL "UNFOUND" THE CASE & NOT EVEN ISSUE, AT LEAST A "SAFETY PLAN" EVEN DURING A PERIOD WHERE MOM PRODUCED AUDIO WITH DAD PROMISING, THE HOUR AFTER THE ASSAULT, THAT NOT ONLY WAS HIS MOM JUSTIFIED TO ASSAULT & INJURE HIM BUT "IT IS TIME TO SCARE HIM STRAIGHT!", LIKE "25 YEARS AGO" & "STOP PUSSYFOOTING AROUND HIM" with all this counseling and stuff- AGAIN MINIMIZING OUR SONS EMOTIONAL & MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS AS COUNSELING RECORDS I SUBMITTED (OR TRIED TO SUBMIT) AT THE TEMPORARY ORDERS HEARING 11/22/13 THAT STATED FROM OUR SON'S FORMER THERAPIST , "DAD MINIMIZES" OUR SONS MENTAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS, BUT I WAS STILL IGNORED BY THAT JUDGE, ALONG WITH MY POLICE REPORTS I SUBMITTED THAT BECAUSE MY EX DIDN'T GET ARRESTED FOR THE INCIDENT WHERE NEIGHBORS CALLED 911, I GOT CHEWED OUT FOR TRYING TO SHARE HIS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HISTORY THAT HAS CONTRIBUTED TO OUR SON'S NOW "AGGRESSION", "CONTROL" & INCREASED PARANOIA, WHICH LESS THAN 90 DAYS OF BEING PLACED "PRIMARILY" WITH HIS FATHER LAST YEAR OUR SON TOOK A "NOSE-DIVE" DECLINE AND STARTING DEMONSTRATING, CAUSING HIM TO BE KICKED OUT OF HIS PRIVATE SCHOOL FOR THE SAME "AGRESSION" & "CONTROL" ISSUES & HIS DAD'S FAILURE TO HAVE THAT "PARTNER RELATIONSHIP " WITH THE SCHOOL IN RESPONDING TO THEIR CHILD'S NEEDS AND THE SCHOOLS RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORTING, AS ALSO REPORTED & RECORDED BY OUR SON'S PREVIOUS SCHOOL (SO NOT MY WORDS & ALLEGATIONS BUT THEIRS THAT "SINCE DECEMBER" -SOON AS PRIMARY RESIDENCY CHANGED OUR SON STARTED PLUMETING FAST!!!- YET THIS ATTORNEY/JUDGE DUO GAVE HIM "EXCLUSIVE Educational and Mental Health Decision making rights !?!" THAT CONSTANTLY HURT OUR SON AND EVERY DAY ARE MAKING THINGS WORSE : / ) I hope some of you are starting to, if you haven't already, "get the jest" of "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE $$$$"

4/17/2014- I COULD TRY TO EXPLAIN THAT DOG & PONY SHOW BUT I WILL SIMPLY RELEASE THE OFFICIAL COURT TRANSCRIPT TO SUPPORTERS SO THEY CAN SEE THE FOOLISHNESS, JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, VIOLATION OF TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, LOCAL RULES & JUST JUDICIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO "TAKE NOTICE" OF SO MANY THINGS LIKE THE FACT HE WAS SIGNING ORDERS THA T CONTRADICT WITH HIS CLEARLY STATED ORDER AVAILABLE THROUGH COUNTY RECORDS THOUGH MY EXES JUDGE CONNECTED ATTORNEY COMMITTED FRAUD & ADDED ALL KINDS OF THINGS THAT WERE NEVER ORDERED
9/17/2014- Though the courts SHOULD HAVE "NOTICED"-(told a case is scheduled, in this case, "administratively reviewed" and "assigned" to another judge) for "effective case management" when NOTHING that particular court has EVER done has been "effective" OR "managed" PERIOD, ACCORDING TO LAW, PROPER ETHICS, JUDICIAL, BAILIFF, COURT COORDINATOR, COURT REPORTER CONDUCT, and to appear in court for ME & ALL PARTIES ( HIS ATTORNEY & THE OAG-OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL, AS THE TEMPORARY ORDERS ISSUES ARE THEIR CHILD SUPPORT IV-D PATERNITY CASE to establish legal paternity, child support and all other matters, THE COURT KEPT IT A SECRET- kinda like saying the 8/27/14 PO Hearing was "cancelled" and never happened, but PRAISE GOD, in me, again "staying on top" of the case as my own attorney and children's advocate, just checking up on the case at the District clerks window on 9/17/14 when I was appearing in court, this time, again for my son, I FOUND OUT IT WAS TRANSFERRED and knowing I had not been "noticed" and so figured the state hadn't been either-I requested Notices of Hearing to Notice the state ( as their appearance levels the playing field as some "accountability" on what SHOULD BE HAPPENING IN THE BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD as the state never represents mom or dad, but the CHILD and what makes sense for a child) and then the court it is in ( my son's judge's court) court coordinator REFUSED to give me notices after reality is they should have already been in the court record, and frustrated me in such a manner where the demands I THEN HAD TO GO THROUGH- still respectful, LEGALLY APPROPRIATE, AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS COVERING ME TO KEEP ME FROM "LOSING IT", I, after having to "FIGHT FOR THEM" IN PERSON & THEN ONCE HOME VIA EMAIL (all that has been saved and forwarded to others in the event I am ever retaliated against and arrested- and we are about to get to that) but THAT NIGHT I wound up in the Emergency Room with EXCRUTIATING HEADACHES FEELING LIKE MY HEAD WOULD EXPLODE THAT WOULD NOT SUBSIDE AFTER HOURS, I NOW KNOW, FROM THE STRESS AND CONSTANT FIGHTING OF LEGAL ABUSE FROM THE SYSTEM ON A DAILY BASIS, WHILE TRYING TO RAISE 5 KIDS BY MYSELF : (
This same day my son's judge ( whose Bailiff on 4/17/14 after the "Motion to Enter" Hearing, when I returned to file for emergency relief as the judge told me I could do that morning in the Hearing where he signed the 11/22/13 orders and ordered me to return my son OR apply for emergency relief) RAN to taint the Protective Order Auxillary judge there that Good Friday, causing my PO application after his grandmother caused him a brain concussion , to be denied with Ex Parte communications to the judge before I could even walk in as he, as a Bailiff with a badge and gun commanded me to "WAIT RIGHT THERE!" WHILE HE RAN DOWN THE HALLWAY TO TELL THE JUDGE I WAS ABOUT TO APPEAR BEFORE TO DENY MY APPLICATION) denied hearing evidence or even the conducting of a hearing I requested to correct Orders that were signed by him that had errors from his ruling as he previously told me I could, but once there on 9/17/14 denied hearing my evidence of his ruling AGAIN - which is actually available, again, through the docket sheet so CLEAR and didn't need 17 draft errors with his attorney attempting to take away Managing Conservator rights of mine the judge didn't take away, like medical rights and putting restrictions on my "visitaition" and residency requirements the judge did not give, and him signing her draft into order ANYWAY : O though on 9/17/14 as I had paid over $300 for that Official transcript (by thank God a court reporter who was substituting for the regular reporter so when she got my request for transcripts, what a concept, she actually provided it! Total God thing that she was there that day ; ) ) and though I brought copies for the judge, my exes attorney, and I to have the hearing on, HE REFUSED cause "there was no motion filed" and the judge connected attorney argued she didn't have time to go over any documents first, but this was the same issue I asserted on 4/17/14 at the Motion to Enter Hearing when the Motion and temporary orders she produced in court was allowed to be entered and a hearing done on and order signd though it was sprung on me with 5 minutes to agree to- which the judge should have shut down her doing, but in violation of my rights, facilitated her doing which is why at the 4/17/14 hearing the Domestic Violence Agency legal advocate walked out of court with me and 3 other witnesses that day FLABERGASTED, FLOORED & ANGRY at what she witnessed, along with my other witnesses who got a chance to SEE & HEAR FOR THEMSELVES WHAT I AM "DEALING WITH" : O like in that hearing, refusing to give me more then 5 minutes to review and "agree" to a 20 page order, right after he said if I didn't agree he would give me more time to review it and put my "objections" on the record but THEN DIDN'T & SIMPLY SHUT ME DOWN & WENT BACK TO GANGING UP ON ME WITH MY EXES SENIOR JUDGE CONNECTED (wife's law firm partner) attorney - By the way, Praise God I have witnesses to the 4/17 hearings, the bailiff charging me up and questioning me in the hallway waiting to see a PO judge, the 9/17 hearing and other REALIATION/INTIMIDATION ACTION I WILL SHARE IN A MINUTE, and so much more !!! Legally allowed Eyes, Ears, and a COLLECTIVE MOUTH & VOICE TO SPEAK OUT ON ALL THEY HAVE ALL WITNESSED IF EVER NEEDED !!! = )
This same day, 9/17/14 AFTER court law enforcement ran my plates and drivers license in the parking lot HOPING something would come up on me to arrest me, but I have NOTHING ON/AGAINST ME - NO LAW VIOLATIONS, WARRANTS, etc... ME, TWO WITNESSES, and my baby girl, SIMPLY WALKING INTO THE COURTHOUSE AFTER GOING THROUGH SECURITY, WERE APPROACHED (OUT OF ORDER AGAIN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT) being FURTHER INAPPROPRIATELY HARRASED & FOLLOWED AROUND COURTHOUSE PROPERTY WHILE LAWFULLY & PEACEFULLY TRYING TO SIMPLY CONDUCT MY LEGAL BUSINESS AS A PRO'SE LITIGANT WITH NOW 2 CUSTODY CASES & 2 PROTECTIVE ORDER CASES AGAINST A TOTAL OF 3 PARTIES) & "WARNED" : O if I ever went into an office (a DISTRICT CLERK SENT ME INTO after paying my $30 jury trial fee- that shows in County records my ex paid for, though I did and have the receipt as I am the one who requested it) to set a date for my son's February jury trial, but then had the court coordinator flip out on me cause I was "back here" - in a sacred office where the judge, court coordinator, court reporter- who had previously denied my transcripts of the November Hearing, all office TOGETHER and I also saw that my daughter and sons judge were working together on a Continuing Education "Skip the Ship" Vacation event for attorneys, together (and I also was able to pick up business cards with the judges email address !?! : O for attorney's to communicate with the judges outside of court proceedings), I was YES first SINGLED OUT OF THOUSANDS AT THE COURTHOUSE and told by the Collin County Sherrifs Deputy if I ever went back there again ( simply doing what the DISTRICT CLERK TOLD ME TO DO) I was advised by the Sherrifs deputy if I ever went back there again, THEY WOULD (GLADLY) ARREST ME FOR TRESPASSING!!! WHAT !?! : O CAN YOU SAY ENTRAPMENT !?! As I THEN stood up for myself and advised him I didn't know and WAS SENT THERE BY A DISTRICT CLERK TO PIGGYBACK WITH A GUY SHE JUST SENT UP THERE THAT DIDN'T HAVE A BADGE EITHER THAT NEEDED TO SEE THE COURT COORDINATOR and as he cut me off saying "I'm not going to argue with you" as actually the first words out of his mouth when he approached me (obviously told I, don't "argue" inappropriately, but am a woman who "holds my own" and respectfully, yet BOLDLY, ACTUALLY ADVOCATES FOR MYSELF & MY CHILDREN AS A PRO'SE PARTY & WON'T JUST "TAKE" BEING FALSELY ACCUSED- and I guess HOW DARE I DO THAT & STAND UP, IN TRUTH, FOR MYSELF !?! : O (smh) but when I THEN ask him who he is ( name and badge #) and how he knew who I was and found out about this entrapment at the courthouse 3 weeks earlier he tells me "well I just found out 2 minutes ago from homeland security" which would have been 5 minutes after they tried to "run me in"- my plates and drivers license in the parking lot and HAD TO LET ME GO CAUSE THE ONLY THING THAT CAME BACK ON ME & EXISTS LEGITIMATELY ON ME IS I AM A LAW ABIDING, LICENSED CONCEALED HANDGUN (CHL) OWNER ; )
Needless to say- while DAILY DEALING WITH ALL OF THIS MY LIFE HAS CONSISTED, DAY TO DAY, OF THE FOLLOWING WORK & COMBINATION OF TO DO ITEMS :
1-5) Raising 5 kids as a single mom with little to no help which is a joy, honor and priviledge, but also a, sometimes, "overwhelming " or let's say GREAT commitment and responsibility ALONE, EVEN IF I didn't have anything else to deal with and was just a "stay at home mom" caring for and running them around with all of their needs every day, all going in different directions in different stages of life from newborn to elementary to 2 in highschool and one recent college graduate :) BUT
The Collin County Organized Gang System has made it unduly burdensome to have to FIGHT TO BREAK THE CYCLE AND GET FREE FROM THE ABUSE IN OUR LIVES THAT WAS STILL PREVALENT FROM

8) FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE & PROTECTION FROM AN ABUSIVE WELTS, BRUISES & CONCUSSION CAUSING PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER's ASSUALT, CAUSING BRAIN INJURY TO A CHILD THAT IS AFFECTING CHILD HOOD JOYS LIKE PLAYING FOOTBALL BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF DEATH A 3RD CONCUSSION POSES : / BECAUSE SHE, NOR DAD WERE WILLING TO SIMPLY APOLOGIZE, ADMIT SHE WAS WRONG, WENT "OVERBOARD"/ COULD HAVE KILLED HIM SLAMMING HIS HEAD INTO A WALL & PORCELAIN TOILET TANK TOP : /, NOR SIMPLY LET US HANDLE THIS PRIVATELY BY GETTING FAMILY COUNSELING GOING, BETTER ANGER, PARENTING AND EMOTION COACHING TO NEVER SNAP AND HURT OUR SON AGAIN (THOUGH I DESPERATELY PLEADED WITH HIM AND HER FOR SIMPLY THAT, BUT ARROGANTLY, BOLDLY, ABUSIVELY THEY HAVE REFUSED, ALSO TO PAY THE NOW OVER $700 IN MEDICAL BILLS IN MY NAME CAUSE I CARED ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO HIS PAIN, TEARS AND GET HIM MEDICAL TREATMENT- AS IF WE NEED MORE FINANCIAL STRAIN FOR A "REASONABLE DISCIPLINE" METHOD THAT CAUSED MAJOR ORGAN INJURY ...... WHILE
9) Trying to keep my son "together" being blamed for his abuse/3RD DEGREE FELONY ASSAULT nd injury to a child and made to go back into that environment knowing police, judges, CPS and everyone agree AND told him it was HIS FAULT : O and HE DESERVED TO SUSTAIN A BRAIN INJURY for SAYING A WORD AND COPYING A WAY HE HAS WATCHED & LISTENED TO HIS DAD & 2 OLDER BROTHERS (SO LEARNED BY EXAMPLE) to treat his mother SINCE IN VITRO (when his dad was throwing me up against garage doors to, as he says, protect his car- though the CPS report that was filed by a friend when that happened, they now, "can't find and have no record of" or slamming my head into walls and windows causing me to black out and me protecting him and being a good little wife who "stood by her man" and simply told cops/paramedics, so he would not be jailed like my 1st ex husband for physical abuse/ASSAULT & VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER, that I "fell down the stairs" -ALL EVIDENCED with audios, extensive police records/incidences etc...) but having to deal with all the physical, mental, emotional, psychological and now, worsening behavior and academic needs, in all of this for my son, with my
10-13) 3 teenage sons also now having immense emotional issues I am faced with stopping everything to deal with on a day to day basis at any moment's notice with their "break downs" : ( though they are GREAT KIDS & ARE WORTH EVERY MOMENT but also just dealing with the family court system trauma, Adolescence and needing attention, love, and still guidance.... 14) Allen school officials forcing my two oldest out of highschool after my ex evicted us last year trying to win the custody fight in November,by kicking me out so he can then call me further"unstable" and
15) Allen refusing to enroll one of my sons back this year while

31) Allen school officials in cahoots with my ex over my son who is GETTING WORSE IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT EVERY DAY : ( mentally/emotionally and so in turn behaviorally and academically, as I just had to threaten a complaint for them to placement test him as the District sENT ME AN OFFICIAL LETTER AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IF HE EVER RETURNED TO THE DISTRICT, but once dad agreed to Special Ed TEST HIM like the school wanted and retaliated against us for not agreeing to THE LAST TIME OUR SON WAS IN THEIR SCHOOL, but dad also backed down to give into them and also agreed to just drug him ( put him on "ADHD" meds though just as many professionals say he DOESN'T HAVE it, with a few that say he does, though the majority say, he is merely "SEVERELY EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED" with HIS LIFE, FAMILY & SOCIAL ISSUES !!! As an update regarding some highlights that have transpired since the recording of our initial video in the past two months :
7/23/14 - I applied for and was granted a Temporary Ex Parte Protective Order against my daughters father for fatal shooting and family violence threats (pertaining to my proceeding with child support and supervised visitation establishment)because it was heard by an Auxillary Court Judge, that had not been alerted yet "Marlana Yvette gets no justice in Collin Co" and based on actual facts and valid need that judge actually did the right thing and granted it
8/27/14- As the Temporary PO only lasts a limited time, I appeared for and brought further email and audio evidence of my daughter's father's threats of fatally shooting and killing me (Family courts call "Family violence") where my daughter's former judge (who, at the time he heard my daughter's P/O case, was being paid through my son's SAPCR (Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship) case, SIMULTANEOUSLY going on, as the husband of 1 of the 4 partners of my son's father's corrupt attorney's law firm). Ultimately, he had a VESTED INTEREST in FINANCIALLY BENEFITING from any assertions made by me as a parent, with children, having cases heard in Collin County, being discredited or having claims as a Victim, NOT substantiated, as he needed to assist HIS FAMILY FIRM prevailing against me in my son's case).
Not aware, at the time of the hearing, of this "connection" that HIS (the Judge's) Family law-firm
( with his wife as one of the partners now, but "in the family" for years, as his father, the former DA of Collin County previously had ownership interest in the firm, "keeping it all in the family" for years), was OPPOSING ME, in ANOTHER CASE, he actually agreed with the seriousness of the threats against me, agreeing that an email chain that was entered by me, between my daughter's father and I the 1st time he threatened fatal shoting "sounds like a threat to me!"
I also played an audio that was very disturbing to the Judge where, while my daughter's father was denying paternity (for child support purposes) but ASSERTING PARENTAL RIGHTS !!! ( for abusive power and control maintenance OVER ME) he was shouting "If you can't tell me where the FUC* you're going... let me tell you somethin' you're gonna catch hell from me !!! "

For those that are not versed on the nature of abusive power and control dynamics or how Abusers fight for sole custody, this happens NOT BECAUSE they care for and want/"love" the child so much, but BECAUSE they, IN THE VICTIM OF THEIR INTIMATE PARTNER ABUSE finally LEAVING OR PUTTING UP HEALTHY BOUNDARIES WITH THEM, HAVE "LOST CONTROL" AND want THEIR LAST OPTION to FURTHER HURT AND OBTAIN THE ULTIMATE POWER AND CONTROL OVER THEIR ABUSE VICTIM in their victim refusing to be in a personal relationship, or "parent/child" type relationship where he acted as the "parent" giving me commands, and I as the "child" was expected to "just give in to me" and do whatever he gave me "fuc*ing orders" to do! he was shouting I better tell him "WHERE THE FU*K" I'M GOING (as I was going on a field trip with my son the next day, but THE POINT IS/WAS, he, as my daughter's father, had NO RIGHT and HAS NO RIGHT to KNOW AND CONTROL MY EVERY MOVE just because we have a child together, which is one of the signs of an abusive power and control relationship) other then co-parenting relationship with my daughter's father anymore)(prior to also being advised I should be blacklisted from justice here in Collin Co) and so he neither granted nor denied a further PO that day, but instead as a judge that actually at least did allow me to submit evidence/listened to audio- whereas my son's judge has 100% of the time REFUSED, so this was a shock and improvement and I am glad I still came prepared with audio, but he requested the review of more evidence.Being I did and do have MANY MORE recordings and further evidence to comply with his request, it was agreed we'd continue the PO Hearing, along with conducting a Temporary Orders Hearing to establish our daughters name change to her father's last name, custody, visitation, child and medical support on October 2, 2014 @ 9 am with him. (That's today) The judge ordered his attorney to draft up an order from that hearing and though my daughter's father's attorney failed to do so and still hasn't, thankfully as my own counsel who has remained as "on top of things" as I can be, I emailed him that night regarding the judge's ruling that day ( for a documented record of what he should be drafting cause when you walk out of court, no recordings allowed, being given no note and no "proof" of what happened if you have no witnesses, and if you are in a courtroom like my son's judges where the court reporter REFUSES to respond to your Official Transcript requests and then has the audacity to tell you "well the squeaky wheel gets the oil" (SO I'M FINALLY SQUEAKING TODAY!) and if you pay me $550 in July I will get you your transcript around Oct 31st : O (almost A YEAR LATER) which is what happened trying to get my son's Temporary Order Hearing on 11/22/13 from that court, you learn to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING WITH EVERYBODY IMMEDIATELY ) SO GLAD I DID THAT ! WHY ???
Cause THAT PROTECTIVE ORDER HEARING NOW SHOWS ON THE DOCKET SHEET/COUNTY RECORDS AS "8/27/14 Protective Order Hearing-CANCELLED" (that "somehow" that 20-30 minute hearing was NEVER EVEN HELD : O)

9/8/2014- My daughters judge and son's judge got together, "Administratively Reviewed" my case and the Senior Judge of the BODJ (now FORMER daughter's judge) "ASSIGNED" her case to my son's corrupt judge (now putting the fate of my baby girl in the hands of a judge that has deeply harmed my son and our family since November of last year and is and has been determined to side with my exes attorney and SHUT ME DOWN REGARDLESS OF TRUTH, FACTS, EVIDENCE.PERIOD : / in, in the opinion of me and even a legal Domestic Violence advocate who accompanies Domestic Violence victims to court, and did for me, attended the Order signing hearing with me on 4/17/14, along with my oldest son and two other witnesses and walked out FLOORED AT WHAT SHE WITNESSED IN HOW THE JUDGE TREATED ME & BROKE TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE AND ALL KINDS OF JUDICIAL CONDUCT STANDARDS : O for my ex husbands attorney- but my former baby girl's judge's husband of her partner, in GROSS BIAS & JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS & HIS DUTY TO PROTECT THE SAETY & WELL BEING OF A CHILD- who by the way, sadly is 1 of the 4 judges who hears CPS cases, is,or was, on a Child Justice Abuse task force- where they decide what Child Advocacy agencies get statewide federal money like $200, 000 to CASA and another $200,000 to Children's Advocacy Center for "Volunteer Development and Training purposes" (here in Collin Co where they CLEARLY AREN'T TRAINED & DON'T CARE ABOUT DOING WHAT'S RIGHT FOR INJURED CHILDREN in one of the wealthies counties in the state if not THE WEALTHIEST), whereas areas who I am sure need it much more received and are receiving grants like only $40,000, but had BOTTOMLINE 2 of the 3 largest federal dollar contributions/allotments STATEWIDE given to organizations ACROSS THE STATE- HERE IN COLLIN COUNTY WHERE CPS can receive phone calls from certain attorneys and "unfound" ADMITTED PHYSICAL ASSAULTS AGAINST CHILDREN BY THE ASAILANT, CHILD, MOTHER & FATHER- AS RECORDED AND PROVIDED VIA AUDIO, WITH EVIDENCE OF ER BRAIN INJURY RECORDS, THERAPIST REPORTS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER CALL INS ON THE ABUSE & STILL "UNFOUND" THE CASE & NOT EVEN ISSUE, AT LEAST A "SAFETY PLAN" EVEN DURING A PERIOD WHERE MOM PRODUCED AUDIO WITH DAD PROMISING, THE HOUR AFTER THE ASSAULT, THAT NOT ONLY WAS HIS MOM JUSTIFIED TO ASSAULT & INJURE HIM BUT "IT IS TIME TO SCARE HIM STRAIGHT!", LIKE "25 YEARS AGO" & "STOP PUSSYFOOTING AROUND HIM" with all this counseling and stuff- AGAIN MINIMIZING OUR SONS EMOTIONAL & MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS AS COUNSELING RECORDS I SUBMITTED (OR TRIED TO SUBMIT) AT THE TEMPORARY ORDERS HEARING 11/22/13 THAT STATED FROM OUR SON'S FORMER THERAPIST , "DAD MINIMIZES" OUR SONS MENTAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS, BUT I WAS STILL IGNORED BY THAT JUDGE, ALONG WITH MY POLICE REPORTS I SUBMITTED THAT BECAUSE MY EX DIDN'T GET ARRESTED FOR THE INCIDENT WHERE NEIGHBORS CALLED 911, I GOT CHEWED OUT FOR TRYING TO SHARE HIS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE HISTORY THAT HAS CONTRIBUTED TO OUR SON'S NOW "AGGRESSION", "CONTROL" & INCREASED PARANOIA, WHICH LESS THAN 90 DAYS OF BEING PLACED "PRIMARILY" WITH HIS FATHER LAST YEAR OUR SON TOOK A "NOSE-DIVE" DECLINE AND STARTING DEMONSTRATING, CAUSING HIM TO BE KICKED OUT OF HIS PRIVATE SCHOOL FOR THE SAME "AGRESSION" & "CONTROL" ISSUES & HIS DAD'S FAILURE TO HAVE THAT "PARTNER RELATIONSHIP " WITH THE SCHOOL IN RESPONDING TO THEIR CHILD'S NEEDS AND THE SCHOOLS RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORTING, AS ALSO REPORTED & RECORDED BY OUR SON'S PREVIOUS SCHOOL (SO NOT MY WORDS & ALLEGATIONS BUT THEIRS THAT "SINCE DECEMBER" -SOON AS PRIMARY RESIDENCY CHANGED OUR SON STARTED PLUMETING FAST!!!- YET THIS ATTORNEY/JUDGE DUO GAVE HIM "EXCLUSIVE Educational and Mental Health Decision making rights !?!" THAT CONSTANTLY HURT OUR SON AND EVERY DAY ARE MAKING THINGS WORSE : / ) I hope some of you are starting to, if you haven't already, "get the jest" of "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE $$$$"

4/17/2014- I COULD TRY TO EXPLAIN THAT DOG & PONY SHOW BUT I WILL SIMPLY RELEASE THE OFFICIAL COURT TRANSCRIPT TO SUPPORTERS SO THEY CAN SEE THE FOOLISHNESS, JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, VIOLATION OF TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, LOCAL RULES & JUST JUDICIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO "TAKE NOTICE" OF SO MANY THINGS LIKE THE FACT HE WAS SIGNING ORDERS THA T CONTRADICT WITH HIS CLEARLY STATED ORDER AVAILABLE THROUGH COUNTY RECORDS THOUGH MY EXES JUDGE CONNECTED ATTORNEY COMMITTED FRAUD & ADDED ALL KINDS OF THINGS THAT WERE NEVER ORDERED
9/17/2014- Though the courts SHOULD HAVE "NOTICED"-(told a case is scheduled, in this case, "administratively reviewed" and "assigned" to another judge) for "effective case management" when NOTHING that particular court has EVER done has been "effective" OR "managed" PERIOD, ACCORDING TO LAW, PROPER ETHICS, JUDICIAL, BAILIFF, COURT COORDINATOR, COURT REPORTER CONDUCT, and to appear in court for ME & ALL PARTIES ( HIS ATTORNEY & THE OAG-OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AS WELL, AS THE TEMPORARY ORDERS ISSUES ARE THEIR CHILD SUPPORT IV-D PATERNITY CASE to establish legal paternity, child support and all other matters, THE COURT KEPT IT A SECRET- kinda like saying the 8/27/14 PO Hearing was "cancelled" and never happened, but PRAISE GOD, in me, again "staying on top" of the case as my own attorney and children's advocate, just checking up on the case at the District clerks window on 9/17/14 when I was appearing in court, this time, again for my son, I FOUND OUT IT WAS TRANSFERRED and knowing I had not been "noticed" and so figured the state hadn't been either-I requested Notices of Hearing to Notice the state ( as their appearance levels the playing field as some "accountability" on what SHOULD BE HAPPENING IN THE BEST INTEREST OF A CHILD as the state never represents mom or dad, but the CHILD and what makes sense for a child) and then the court it is in ( my son's judge's court) court coordinator REFUSED to give me notices after reality is they should have already been in the court record, and frustrated me in such a manner where the demands I THEN HAD TO GO THROUGH- still respectful, LEGALLY APPROPRIATE, AND THE BLOOD OF JESUS COVERING ME TO KEEP ME FROM "LOSING IT", I, after having to "FIGHT FOR THEM" IN PERSON & THEN ONCE HOME VIA EMAIL (all that has been saved and forwarded to others in the event I am ever retaliated against and arrested- and we are about to get to that) but THAT NIGHT I wound up in the Emergency Room with EXCRUTIATING HEADACHES FEELING LIKE MY HEAD WOULD EXPLODE THAT WOULD NOT SUBSIDE AFTER HOURS, I NOW KNOW, FROM THE STRESS AND CONSTANT FIGHTING OF LEGAL ABUSE FROM THE SYSTEM ON A DAILY BASIS, WHILE TRYING TO RAISE 5 KIDS BY MYSELF : (
This same day my son's judge ( whose Bailiff on 4/17/14 after the "Motion to Enter" Hearing, when I returned to file for emergency relief as the judge told me I could do that morning in the Hearing where he signed the 11/22/13 orders and ordered me to return my son OR apply for emergency relief) RAN to taint the Protective Order Auxillary judge there that Good Friday, causing my PO application after his grandmother caused him a brain concussion , to be denied with Ex Parte communications to the judge before I could even walk in as he, as a Bailiff with a badge and gun commanded me to "WAIT RIGHT THERE!" WHILE HE RAN DOWN THE HALLWAY TO TELL THE JUDGE I WAS ABOUT TO APPEAR BEFORE TO DENY MY APPLICATION) denied hearing evidence or even the conducting of a hearing I requested to correct Orders that were signed by him that had errors from his ruling as he previously told me I could, but once there on 9/17/14 denied hearing my evidence of his ruling AGAIN - which is actually available, again, through the docket sheet so CLEAR and didn't need 17 draft errors with his attorney attempting to take away Managing Conservator rights of mine the judge didn't take away, like medical rights and putting restrictions on my "visitaition" and residency requirements the judge did not give, and him signing her draft into order ANYWAY : O though on 9/17/14 as I had paid over $300 for that Official transcript (by thank God a court reporter who was substituting for the regular reporter so when she got my request for transcripts, what a concept, she actually provided it! Total God thing that she was there that day ; ) ) and though I brought copies for the judge, my exes attorney, and I to have the hearing on, HE REFUSED cause "there was no motion filed" and the judge connected attorney argued she didn't have time to go over any documents first, but this was the same issue I asserted on 4/17/14 at the Motion to Enter Hearing when the Motion and temporary orders she produced in court was allowed to be entered and a hearing done on and order signd though it was sprung on me with 5 minutes to agree to- which the judge should have shut down her doing, but in violation of my rights, facilitated her doing which is why at the 4/17/14 hearing the Domestic Violence Agency legal advocate walked out of court with me and 3 other witnesses that day FLABERGASTED, FLOORED & ANGRY at what she witnessed, along with my other witnesses who got a chance to SEE & HEAR FOR THEMSELVES WHAT I AM "DEALING WITH" : O like in that hearing, refusing to give me more then 5 minutes to review and "agree" to a 20 page order, right after he said if I didn't agree he would give me more time to review it and put my "objections" on the record but THEN DIDN'T & SIMPLY SHUT ME DOWN & WENT BACK TO GANGING UP ON ME WITH MY EXES SENIOR JUDGE CONNECTED (wife's law firm partner) attorney - By the way, Praise God I have witnesses to the 4/17 hearings, the bailiff charging me up and questioning me in the hallway waiting to see a PO judge, the 9/17 hearing and other REALIATION/INTIMIDATION ACTION I WILL SHARE IN A MINUTE, and so much more !!! Legally allowed Eyes, Ears, and a COLLECTIVE MOUTH & VOICE TO SPEAK OUT ON ALL THEY HAVE ALL WITNESSED IF EVER NEEDED !!! = )
This same day, 9/17/14 AFTER court law enforcement ran my plates and drivers license in the parking lot HOPING something would come up on me to arrest me, but I have NOTHING ON/AGAINST ME - NO LAW VIOLATIONS, WARRANTS, etc... ME, TWO WITNESSES, and my baby girl, SIMPLY WALKING INTO THE COURTHOUSE AFTER GOING THROUGH SECURITY, WERE APPROACHED (OUT OF ORDER AGAIN BY LAW ENFORCEMENT) being FURTHER INAPPROPRIATELY HARRASED & FOLLOWED AROUND COURTHOUSE PROPERTY WHILE LAWFULLY & PEACEFULLY TRYING TO SIMPLY CONDUCT MY LEGAL BUSINESS AS A PRO'SE LITIGANT WITH NOW 2 CUSTODY CASES & 2 PROTECTIVE ORDER CASES AGAINST A TOTAL OF 3 PARTIES) & "WARNED" : O if I ever went into an office (a DISTRICT CLERK SENT ME INTO after paying my $30 jury trial fee- that shows in County records my ex paid for, though I did and have the receipt as I am the one who requested it) to set a date for my son's February jury trial, but then had the court coordinator flip out on me cause I was "back here" - in a sacred office where the judge, court coordinator, court reporter- who had previously denied my transcripts of the November Hearing, all office TOGETHER and I also saw that my daughter and sons judge were working together on a Continuing Education "Skip the Ship" Vacation event for attorneys, together (and I also was able to pick up business cards with the judges email address !?! : O for attorney's to communicate with the judges outside of court proceedings), I was YES first SINGLED OUT OF THOUSANDS AT THE COURTHOUSE and told by the Collin County Sherrifs Deputy if I ever went back there again ( simply doing what the DISTRICT CLERK TOLD ME TO DO) I was advised by the Sherrifs deputy if I ever went back there again, THEY WOULD (GLADLY) ARREST ME FOR TRESPASSING!!! WHAT !?! : O CAN YOU SAY ENTRAPMENT !?! As I THEN stood up for myself and advised him I didn't know and WAS SENT THERE BY A DISTRICT CLERK TO PIGGYBACK WITH A GUY SHE JUST SENT UP THERE THAT DIDN'T HAVE A BADGE EITHER THAT NEEDED TO SEE THE COURT COORDINATOR and as he cut me off saying "I'm not going to argue with you" as actually the first words out of his mouth when he approached me (obviously told I, don't "argue" inappropriately, but am a woman who "holds my own" and respectfully, yet BOLDLY, ACTUALLY ADVOCATES FOR MYSELF & MY CHILDREN AS A PRO'SE PARTY & WON'T JUST "TAKE" BEING FALSELY ACCUSED- and I guess HOW DARE I DO THAT & STAND UP, IN TRUTH, FOR MYSELF !?! : O (smh) but when I THEN ask him who he is ( name and badge #) and how he knew who I was and found out about this entrapment at the courthouse 3 weeks earlier he tells me "well I just found out 2 minutes ago from homeland security" which would have been 5 minutes after they tried to "run me in"- my plates and drivers license in the parking lot and HAD TO LET ME GO CAUSE THE ONLY THING THAT CAME BACK ON ME & EXISTS LEGITIMATELY ON ME IS I AM A LAW ABIDING, LICENSED CONCEALED HANDGUN (CHL) OWNER ; )
Needless to say- while DAILY DEALING WITH ALL OF THIS MY LIFE HAS CONSISTED, DAY TO DAY, OF THE FOLLOWING WORK & COMBINATION OF TO DO ITEMS :
1-5) Raising 5 kids as a single mom with little to no help which is a joy, honor and priviledge, but also a, sometimes, "overwhelming " or let's say GREAT commitment and responsibility ALONE, EVEN IF I didn't have anything else to deal with and was just a "stay at home mom" caring for and running them around with all of their needs every day, all going in different directions in different stages of life from newborn to elementary to 2 in highschool and one recent college graduate :) BUT

8) FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE & PROTECTION FROM AN ABUSIVE WELTS, BRUISES & CONCUSSION CAUSING PATERNAL GRANDMOTHER's ASSUALT, CAUSING BRAIN INJURY TO A CHILD THAT IS AFFECTING CHILD HOOD JOYS LIKE PLAYING FOOTBALL BECAUSE OF THE RISK OF DEATH A 3RD CONCUSSION POSES : / BECAUSE SHE, NOR DAD WERE WILLING TO SIMPLY APOLOGIZE, ADMIT SHE WAS WRONG, WENT "OVERBOARD"/ COULD HAVE KILLED HIM SLAMMING HIS HEAD INTO A WALL & PORCELAIN TOILET TANK TOP : /, NOR SIMPLY LET US HANDLE THIS PRIVATELY BY GETTING FAMILY COUNSELING GOING, BETTER ANGER, PARENTING AND EMOTION COACHING TO NEVER SNAP AND HURT OUR SON AGAIN (THOUGH I DESPERATELY PLEADED WITH HIM AND HER FOR SIMPLY THAT, BUT ARROGANTLY, BOLDLY, ABUSIVELY THEY HAVE REFUSED, ALSO TO PAY THE NOW OVER $700 IN MEDICAL BILLS IN MY NAME CAUSE I CARED ENOUGH TO LISTEN TO HIS PAIN, TEARS AND GET HIM MEDICAL TREATMENT- AS IF WE NEED MORE FINANCIAL STRAIN FOR A "REASONABLE DISCIPLINE" METHOD THAT CAUSED MAJOR ORGAN INJURY ...... WHILE
9) Trying to keep my son "together" being blamed for his abuse/3RD DEGREE FELONY ASSAULT nd injury to a child and made to go back into that environment knowing police, judges, CPS and everyone agree AND told him it was HIS FAULT : O and HE DESERVED TO SUSTAIN A BRAIN INJURY for SAYING A WORD AND COPYING A WAY HE HAS WATCHED & LISTENED TO HIS DAD & 2 OLDER BROTHERS (SO LEARNED BY EXAMPLE) to treat his mother SINCE IN VITRO (when his dad was throwing me up against garage doors to, as he says, protect his car- though the CPS report that was filed by a friend when that happened, they now, "can't find and have no record of" or slamming my head into walls and windows causing me to black out and me protecting him and being a good little wife who "stood by her man" and simply told cops/paramedics, so he would not be jailed like my 1st ex husband for physical abuse/ASSAULT & VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER, that I "fell down the stairs" -ALL EVIDENCED with audios, extensive police records/incidences etc...) but having to deal with all the physical, mental, emotional, psychological and now, worsening behavior and academic needs, in all of this for my son, with my
10-13) 3 teenage sons also now having immense emotional issues I am faced with stopping everything to deal with on a day to day basis at any moment's notice with their "break downs" : ( though they are GREAT KIDS & ARE WORTH EVERY MOMENT but also just dealing with the family court system trauma, Adolescence and needing attention, love, and still guidance.... While dealing with
14) Allen school officials forcing my two oldest out of highschool after my ex evicted us last year trying to win the custody fight in November,by kicking me out so he can then call me further"unstable" and
15) Allen refusing to enroll one of my sons back this year while
16) trying to keep myself together ( or letting God do it, cause He is the one that has done it !!) with physical headaches, aches and pains, little sleep, constant Abuse recovery, personal, financial and spiritual growth and development classes, counseling, consistent church involvement, etc...I am staying committed and connected to, to TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY HURTS, HABBITS, HANG UPS AND CHOICES TO BREAK THE CYCLES IN MY LIFE- which consumes a lot of time, mental, emotional, and spiritual effort
16) While caring for and attached to a newborn to now, 6 month old 100% breastfed baby girl 24/7 daily
17) While having to deal with and fight, now 4 Corrupt Collin Co judges

21) a town criar bailiff tainting judges
22) one heck of a corrupt acting court coordinator
23) vindictive court reporter

25)McKinney PD ( as they refused to file the terroristic threat charges against my daughters father or harassment charges I have them on audio saying they would file with my evidences -but then, checking into me and the fact I am blacklisted and on the wrong/non-money, non-judge connected side of justice here in Collin Co) like Allen PD have REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK & PROCEED which brings me to the
26) Collin Co District Attorney's office (who they have to go through to get charges pressed, which aint happening cause of both my baby girl and baby boys' judges strong ties and connection to the DA's office and ties that RUN DEEP HERE IN COLLIN COUNTY : O for years as one's dad was the former Collin Co DA and the other was one of 8 felony judges in the District Attorneys office for years, prior to becoming a District/Famly court judge
27) CPS & Collin Co Child Abuse Task Force Investigator who "use to work together" with my baby boy AND NOW : ( baby girl's judge that I have all kinds of audios and emails with, that like the NFL, tried to say two weeks ago, she "never heard or got the audio" that I have a 2 hour interview recording of her listening to WITH ME and the email that I sent to her in MAY giving her the audio, but "NOW that I have it I can move forward in pressing charges, once it is ran by the committee up their at the courthouse and with the DA", but of course two weeks later, I have heard nothing so am about to launch a nationwide "Tank the Kid" campaign telling parents Collin Co CPS, DA,JUDGES , CONNECTED ATTORNEY& Allen PD have said with my ex and his mom"stop pussyfooting" around kids with counseling and just GIVE THEM BRAIN CONCUSSIONS IN "SCARING THEM STRAIGHT!"
28) CPS caseworker & supervisor more concerned with investigating my "highest level of education" and "why she lost him"- my son/the right to establish primary residence instead of the child abuse/assault with injury to a child a Domestic Violence agency CALLED CPS TO INVESTIGATE...now apparently
29) the Collin Co Sheriffs office and
30) LOCAL MCKINNEY COURTHOUSE HOMELAND SECURITY !?! : O WHAT !?! FOR BEING ENTRAPPED & FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIN OF A DISTRICT CLERK TO SCHEDULE A JURY TRIAL WITH A COURT COORDINATOR I HAVE HAD TO "CHECK" FOR REFUSING TO SET HEARINGS STATING WE "DON'T DO MOTION TO MODIFY HEARINGS IN THIS COURT" AND CITING OTHER "POLICIES" IN HOW THEY DO THINGS THAT WHEN REQUETED IN WRITING NEITHER HER, NOR HER JUDGE CAN PRODUCE !!! - ALL DOCUMENTED VIA EMAIL & SENT TO 3RD PARTIES FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE IF THEY EVER SUCCESSFULLY MAKE UP SOMETHING TO RETALIATE AGAINST ME ON ; )
31) Allen school officials in cahoots with my ex over my son who is GETTING WORSE IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT EVERY DAY : ( mentally/emotionally and so in turn behaviorally and academically, as I just had to threaten a complaint for them to placement test him as the District sENT ME AN OFFICIAL LETTER AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO DO IF HE EVER RETURNED TO THE DISTRICT, but once dad agreed to Special Ed TEST HIM like the school wanted and retaliated against us for not agreeing to THE LAST TIME OUR SON WAS IN THEIR SCHOOL, but dad also backed down to give into them and also agreed to just drug him ( put him on "ADHD" meds though just as many professionals say he DOESN'T HAVE it, with a few that say he does, though the majority say, he is merely "SEVERELY EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED" with HIS LIFE, FAMILY & SOCIAL ISSUES !!! IMAGINE THAT !?! and we shouldn't be trying to diagnosis him in this state any way cause test results won't be accurate as far as ADHD) but he IS, as a 4th grader testing, WITH ACCOMODATIONS- having the 3rd grade STARR TEST read to him- as monitored by me a week or so ago, STILL FAILING A 3rd grade test for Math & reading, so testing at a 2nd grade level, THOUGH HE IS EXTREMELY BRIGHT BUT CAN'T FOCUS FROM ALL THE TRAUMA GOING ON IN HIS LIFE.....but because it's free public school education and dad needs his money, INSTEAD OF PAYING, WITH ME, FOR PRIVATE SCHOOL, to stay available to keep paying his judge connected/blood-money sucking attorney to fight me and keep his $1,100 month child support from coming back if my son is placed back with me (which is WHY he filed suit in the first place to get right to establish primary residence ) BUT because it's free they are all delusional and saying their "accomodations" are working though EVERY DAY I GET EMAILS he has had an academic, behavioral or mental/emotional "breakdown" or issue and he is made to endure this daily, me to have to take it in, DEAL WITH IT LOVINGLY BUT STILL INSTRUCTING AND NOT GIVING HIM FREE PASSES ON HIS ACTING OUT BEHAVIORS OR TIMES HE JUST SHUTS DOWN AND GETS IN TROUBLE FOR NOT WORKING, take a deep breath, say a prayer, and "deal with it" DAILY UNTIL I CAN HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO SORT ALL OF THIS OUT OR FIGHT IT THROUGH NOW

BEING THEY ALL KNOW THE DETAILS REGARDING HIM, WHICH ARE VERY SERIOUS- PAST & PRESENT....THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME WALK IN AND DISCLOSE ALL OF HIS VERY SERIOUS ISSUES TO THE JUDGE SO THEY CAN USE THAT TO TAKE MY SON PERMANENTLY AWAY FROM ME - SO THEY THINK I'M GOING TO WALK IN AND CHOOSE WHICH CHILD I WILL SAVE : ( (which by the way) they don't know and I have 3 audio proofs from the Office of the Attorney General from September 25,26, and 29th- 3 different representatives from the Hotline, a Dallas Ombudsman, and Plano OAG Supervisor THE COURT NEVER NOTICED THEM TO BE THERE FIGHTING FOR MY BABY GIRL THIS MORNING !!!! : O AFTER I EMAILED BOTH COURTS TO DO IT AND SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO ASK 10 TIMES CAUSE IT'S THE COURT'S RESPONSIBILITY ANYWAYS !!!!
