Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

My name is Marilyn Argel, and I am reaching out on behalf of my beloved husband Rizalito Argel who is courageously battling lung cancer.

Just a few months ago, life felt “normal” for Riz (Papa Riz) a loving husband, parent, grandparent, and great grandparent, a hardworking provider, a friend who always makes others laugh, and a well-respected and beloved community leader always ready to help others in times of need. Then everything changed when doctors delivered the devastating diagnosis: Lung Cancer.

Since then, Riz has endured countless tests, hospital visits, and treatments. He continues to fight with incredible strength, but the emotional and financial burden has become overwhelming. Medical bills are piling up and travel to treatment centers is expensive. Our family is struggling to keep up with expenses.

Despite these challenges, Papa Riz remains hopeful and determined. He wants nothing more than to focus on healing and spending more time with loved ones. But without financial relief, the stress of costs threatens to overshadow the strength he needs for this battle.
