Femboy Hooters

Seeing as the concept of a "Femboy Hooters" is blowing up right now, I've taken it upon myself to help create a North Carolina-based Femboy Hooters location. This will include all the offerings of a normal Hooters, but with femboys instead, so it's immediately better.
