February, Last Year is an atmospheric queer drama about a grieving professor and a determined PhD candidate whose unexpected connection forces them to confront what solitude can and can’t heal.
It’s a character‑driven, literary romance with strong festival and feature‑expansion potential, led by writer‑director Olivia Bishop, alongside a female crew and supported by an Emmy‑winning production partner Katapy.
Starring Jonathan Cobb and Alfie Noble, both recently off successful West End runs and stars of various short and feature length films.
We’re currently raising funds to promote the proof-of-concept short that we've filmed in order to garner backing for the feature-length project, and we’d love to connect with partners who champion intimate, performance‑led storytelling.
If this sounds like something you might be open to exploring, we'd be happy to share our full pitch deck and discuss the project further.
Warm regards,
