LOSING VISION NEED SURGERY

I was born premature at six months Too much oxygen ruined my vision. I have been to the hospital a lot because of the result of my early birth. Now I am 33 years old.

I have been legally blind in my left eye from the age of 12.  I had six eye surgeries including a gas bobble in my left eye because I was hit in my left eye, for no reason those kids hit me and ran off with  the force of the blow detached my retina 

In Philadelphia I have been diagnosed with glaucoma in my right eye, I was born with bad vision now currently with a -13.50 eye prescription for contacts and -15.50 eyeglasses.

I recently had surgery on my lower back herniated disc L5/S1 which resulted in having dropped right foot due to nerve damage.

I have been denied Social Security Disability, twice so far. I have appealed for it a third time. There is no help. I have gained 70 pounds ever since February 10 2014 when I slipped and fell. I haven't worked since then.

I have a plastic artificial left eye.
My vision has gotten worse in these past few months. I need money to correct my astigmatism and receive a advanced artificial right lens
I don't have health insurance and it won't cover it because it falls under cosmetic surgery

Please help me, I don't want to lose my eyesight in my right eye. I just recently got married and am starting a family.
