Our beloved father, Ulysses Sidney King Jr., completed his faithful journey home on October 18, 2025. He passed peacefully, surrounded by love and God’s presence, after a long and courageous road.

He was a man of quiet strength, a big personality, deep faith, and unwavering love for his family. His presence filled every room with warmth, wisdom, and humor—and his legacy lives on in all of us who were blessed to know him.

Daddy was also a faithful servant to his church and community. He gave selflessly—whether through quiet acts of kindness, heartfelt conversations, or supporting fellow members in times of need. His life reflected the words of John 13:34:

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”

As we prepare to honor his life and legacy, we’re asking for any support to help cover the costs of his burial and final arrangements. We want to ensure he is laid to rest with the dignity and care he deserves.

He’s now reunited with his mother, his wife, and son—a heavenly homecoming we hold close to our hearts.

He leaves behind his 5 children, 12 grandchildren, 2 sisters, and many, many more loved ones.

Any contribution—big or small—will be truly helpful so we may give him a proper farewell and ease the financial burden during this tender time. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers, your kindness, and your overall support.
