Farina Storefront: Help us take this next step!
Daniel Lee and Joe Liang, two friends and Drexel grads, started Farina Pasta and Noodle in 2020 out of CloudKitchens Philadelphia’s Mantua location. With the idea of bringing high-quality pasta and noodles to the masses, Dan and Joe serve affordable, fresh, handmade Italian- and Asian-inspired dishes with a Philly twist, like the South Philly Alfredo and Joe Joe Noodles.
Although they just opened last year, the concept for Farina Pasta & Noodle was born in 2016 while Dan and Joe were still at Drexel. Their original plan was to launch Farina from a food truck, serving food on university campuses and at community events, to test out the concept. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and complications resulting from a bad relationship with the food truck builder. Dan and Joe had to pivot to a delivery/pickup-only model and the truck was never finished.
Since our opening last October, we have served over 3,500 orders. We truly believe in our potential and we’re propelled by the overwhelmingly positive feedback and recognition we've received from our customers and community. We feel that we have accomplished so much from our ghost kitchen, especially during a global pandemic and high commission fees from big-name delivery services and platforms, but we are now ready to take the next step.
That means we need your help as we step into a brand new storefront!
We’re ready to get our concept off the ground, and more importantly, we’re ready to be able to interact directly with our customers, build relationships with the community, and have visitors enjoy our food fresh! With our ghost kitchen lease ending soon, we’re actively looking for a brick and mortar space. We are looking for space in Philadelphia and with your help, we can find a great spot and make it ours.

$250 Donation = Invite to special soft opening including 2 food and 2 drinks (must be 21 or older for drinks) and $40 Gift card to us
$500 Donation and Above = invite to special soft opening and private chef prepared dinner for 2 prepared either at home or at restaurant.
