Evel Knievel Days 2015
Donation protected
Evel Knievel Days is an annual non-profit event–the only extreme sports festival of its kind in the entire U.S.–put on over three days in Evel Knievel’s hometown of Butte, Montana. Over the three days you will see dozens of spectacles, world-record stunts and purse races–featuring motorcycles, BMX, mountain bikes, skateboards, and wakeboards, as well as activities for the whole family–all of it for free!
Evel Knievel is a legend who’s considered “The Godfather of Extreme Sports”, because he risked life and limb for thrills and fame by jumping his motorcycles over ever-longer lines of cars and busses–and not always successfully. He packed stadiums and pulled in TV viewers. In fact, on ABC’s Wide World of Sports, his events hold 3 spots in the top 10 most watched episodes ever–including number 1 over the Ali/Frazier fight! A true pioneer and showman, his courage and fortitude has inspired multiple generations to get back on their feet when they’ve been knocked down.
Please support the legacy of a world-wide icon with a tax- deductible donation and help this year's event be even bigger and better than ever.
