We’re thrilled to share that Eton Mosque has secured a new building on Sydney Street (Hanbury Arms) — a major milestone in our journey to establish a permanent masjid.
This is more than just a property. It’s about transforming:
✨ A dedicated space for prayer
✨ A centre for Islamic learning
✨ A safe, welcoming hub for our youth and families
But now, we urgently need your help to:
✨ Bring this vision to life
✨ Renovate and prepare the building for worship
✨ Create spaces for men, women, and youth
✨ Build an inclusive space open to all, regardless of faith
Why This Project Matters:
Our current space holds just 60–80 worshippers and no longer fits our growing community.
Jummah overflows, and Eid gathers 250+ people, often in a hired venue.
Now, we have a new building — a chance to build a sacred space for generations to come.
We need £400,000 to purchase the property by 31st August, 2025 and another £100,000 for basic renovation purposes.
