Every minute that we shared with Erick was a moment filled with never ending laughter and deep gratitude. His nurturing spirit held us during the passing of our mother.When mom was alive and healthy, she would visit and stay with him in Tijuana. He always showered her with inexhaustible love. Although he didn't have much, he once prepared an entire home spa treatment for her including a manicure and cucumbers to relax her eyes. That's the thing about our bebe oso Erick, he illuminated any situation and poured love into anyone who crossed his path.
He had his special way of shifting any circumstance into something profoundly amazing. He was and will continue to be our light, grounding us and holding us together as we now experience and process the immense tragic pain of losing him so suddenly.
In memory of the best brother that I could have ever wished for- an encouraging and empowering son, and a truly captivating and loving father and friend. We are asking for donations to cover the costs of transporting his body from Tijuana to California, hold a respectable funeral and peacefully lay him to rest.
