We know that our children being active and happy whilst outdoors plays a vital role in sustaining their physical health and mental wellbeing.

We are very lucky to already have an all-weather multi-sports pitch, however its current size does restrict the number of pupils allowed to use it at playtimes/lunchtimes and for after school clubs.

With your kind generosity, we are hoping to raise much needed funds to increase our current S.M.U.G.A enabling more children to have access and to further support the teaching of P.E all year round.

In addition to this project, we wish to develop our small wildlife/forest school area. This mini-project is important to our school community as we have discussed the environmental impact that enlarging our artificial grass area would have and how we could offset this. Our plan is to enlarge our wildlife area in order to make it more wildlife friendly and increase habitats which will enable nature to thrive.

Sadly, budgetary constraints mean that an ambitious project of this nature cannot be completed with the funds available to the school, so we are coming together as a community to raise the money required to enhance our S.M.U.G.A !
