Her dedication to dance is matched only by her commitment to academics, volunteering in her community, and traveling for dance competitions and training.

Being accepted into the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive is a major accomplishment and a dream come true. The program is known around the world for its exceptional training, world-class instructors, and transformative environment for young dancers. This opportunity will allow Lyrik to train with elite dance professionals in a world-renowned setting, grow artistically, technically, and personally. She will also build lifelong connections with fellow dancers from around the country taking a major step toward a future career in the performing arts
