Hi everyone!  I will be having a Bar Mitzvah in October, and I have decided to make a real difference in the world before my 13th birthday.  In July, I will be traveling to a small village outside of Khathmandu.  The farming families who live in this village lost their homes in the 2015 earthquake, and have never been able to rebuild.  The families are living in make-shift tin homes.  

I will be raising money, and bringing 100% of the funds raised to the village to be used for building supplies and an educational fund for the children.  I will also be working in the village, and actually helping the families build their new homes.    

This campaign is not a part of any organized charity.  We are traveling independently, and helping people who have been overlooked by other relief organizations.  When the people of this village heard that we were planning on coming to help them, they said "It's like a dream come true."
