Hello, my name is Becca and I am raising funds for my dear friends Gabriel and Mariah. Those of you that know Emma’s story, know she was born with a heart defect and after 2 open heart surgeries and 5 heart catheterizations the day has finally come for her 3rd open heart surgery due to her oxygen levels dropping too low for comfort. Emma’s surgery is scheduled to be on October 19th. This is her Fontan procedure where they’ll be doing a whole rerouting. Emma will have a minimum of a month hospital stay in the PICU if her surgery goes as planned. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and used for gas for daily drives from Madera to Children’s, food to feed themselves and the rest of their family, making up for missed time at work, and just to get by while they stay by their baby’s side during her recovery.
