On February 23, 2021, our community lost a kind, creative & beautiful girl. Emilie Izzo was a brilliant and talented 15 year old who succeeded in whatever she put her mind to.
Emilie loved her family more than anything, and adored spending time with them. Through her school and hobbies, she met many of her closest friends and was able to expand her many talents, including tennis and horseback riding. She had many creative outlets, one of which was making jewelry for those she loved.
Emilie cared for all creatures, especially her pups, Colita and Tasita, and her cat Dulce. She also had a special passion for marine life and its conservation.
Emilie was an exceptional writer and won many awards including Northeast Ohio’s Power of the Pen District Tournament.
We would like to give the opportunity to make a positive impact for the causes that Emilie loved so much. Emilie was determined to make a difference in this world.
In honor of all of Emilie’s interests, loves, and talents, we are establishing The Emilie Izzo Memorial Fund.
