Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I am reaching out to you today with an urgent and time-sensitive request. My good friend, Hilary, is moving in with me and my grandpa due to an unexpected change in her living situation. She has spina bifida, and as a result she lives her life in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our current bathroom is completely inaccessible, and we need to make immediate renovations to ensure she can live safely and comfortably.

In addition to Hilary, my 88-year-old grandpa also resides with me. He is an Army Captain Ranger Veteran. He requires grab bars in the shower for his safety, but due to the construction of our bathroom wall, we cannot simply install them without significant modifications.

We have a narrow window of just 1-2 weeks to raise the funds needed to gut the bathroom and transform it into an ADA-compliant space for both Hilary and my grandpa. My friend, Joey, is flying to Indiana from Alabama to assist with the renovations, and together we can make these essential changes.

The funds we are raising will be used solely for purchasing materials needed for this emergency project. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in creating a safe and accessible environment for Hilary and my grandpa!
