Matthew 9:36-38:
(Then He said to His disciples, "The Harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."
I have been accepted to Staff the Harvest School of Missions in Pemba, Mozambique Africa this summer. I will staff both Harvest Schools from June through November. That is six months and I am filled with joy at the thought that I will have the opportunity to serve the very poor, the destitute, the lost, the broken and the forgotten this summer all while watching God launch people into their destinies. My heart is swelling at the thought that I am going to live, love, and learn from the poor and hungry.
-I will be staffing a missionary training school with Mozambican pastors and leaders
-Will have the chance to learn from and serve the Baker's and other international ministers and missionaries
-I will be leading extended evangelistic outreaches in local bush areas
-Living with hundreds of children and experience the Father's heart.
-Gaining understanding how to minister cross-culturally
-Living with a company of abandoned, holy and whole-hearted lovers at the Iris Ministries Village of Joy in Pemba, Mozambique
I am asking for your financial support and fervent prayer as begin to prepare for this season in my life. I will be preparing to leave by the end of May. I am believing God for all of the finances this season will require (the international flights and the expenses of living in Mozambique for close to 7 months). Unlike my last trip there will not be a deadline for my funds to be received rather this time around will cover month-to-month expenses. I love you all and wanted to give you the chance to sow into my life and into the Kingdom of God.
