I’m 29 years old, currently living in France.
For a long time, I’ve felt like I’ve lost everything: my health, my feminine body, my joy, my cycle—and now even my financial stability.
I’m choosing to speak out, honestly and vulnerably, in hopes of healing and beginning again.

What happened to me?
As a teenager, I struggled with binge eating, processed food, and weight gain.
After the death of my grandparents, I suddenly lost a lot of weight—and my body simply shut down.
Since then, I’ve been living without:
No menstruation (amenorrhea)
No sexual desire
Vaginismus (painful involuntary muscle tension)
Urinary incontinence
No emotional connection with my own body
At the same time, I fell into online gambling as a way to escape the pain—and it became an addiction that left me in serious debt.
I’m now in an official over-indebtedness process in France, but I have no means left to pay for treatment, or to start over.
