La mayoría de las propiedades en la área de Queens no tiene cobertura de inundación por lo tanto el dueño de casa es el responsable por todas las reparaciones, en este momento el sotano de la casa de Eduardo está completamente destruido por el cual lo cual afecto el sistema de agua caliente y calefacción, la electricidad, las paredes de sheetrock y FEMA no dará ayuda para estos arreglos. Al inundarse el sotano, el perdió el prácticamente todo. El costo de reparación asciende a $15,000 y nuestra meta es llegar a ese monto.
